W4 2013-07-11 (詩篇114-115)
115:1 耶和華啊，榮耀不要歸與我們，不要歸與我們；要因你的慈愛和誠實歸在你的名下！
115:2 為何容外邦人說：他們的 神在哪裡呢？
115:3 然而，我們的 神在天上，都隨自己的意旨行事。
115:4 他們的偶像是金的，銀的，是人手所造的，
115:5 有口卻不能言，有眼卻不能看，
115:6 有耳卻不能聽，有鼻卻不能聞，
115:7 有手卻不能摸，有腳卻不能走，有喉嚨也不能出聲。
115:8 造他的要和他一樣；凡靠他的也要如此。
115:9 以色列啊，你要倚靠耶和華！他是你的幫助和你的盾牌。
115:10 亞倫家啊，你們要倚靠耶和華！他是你們的幫助和你們的盾牌。
115:11 你們敬畏耶和華的，要倚靠耶和華！他是你們的幫助和你們的盾牌。
115:12 耶和華向來眷念我們；他還要賜福給我們：要賜福給以色列的家，賜福給亞倫的家。
115:13 凡敬畏耶和華的，無論大小，主必賜福給他。
115:14 願耶和華叫你們和你們的子孫日見加增。
115:15 你們蒙了造天地之耶和華的福！
115:16 天，是耶和華的天；地，他卻給了世人。
115:17 死人不能讚美耶和華；下到寂靜中的也都不能。
115:18 但我們要稱頌耶和華，從今時直到永遠。你們要讚美耶和華！
默想: 當外邦人對以色列說：「你們的上帝在那�呢？」詩人不是與他爭辯，而是來到上帝的面前禱告，詩人相信，外邦的偶像，不是真實的，雖然有口、有眼、有耳、有鼻、有手、有腳、有喉嚨，但是卻完全沒有功能。 詩人提醒以色列人要倚靠耶和華，因為上帝是我們的幫助和盾牌，上帝看顧我們，且是賜福的上帝。詩人鼓勵以色列人，要持守自己的信仰，存敬畏上帝的心，一心一意地敬拜、倚靠上帝。上帝必然保守賜福他們。 我們的神，不是高在天上，卻什麼都不能做的上帝，他是保守、看顧我們的上帝，只要我們心存敬畏，專心敬拜祂，上帝賜福給祂的百姓，這是否也是你的確信呢？
題目: 詩篇115篇勸我們要與耶和華有那些互動呢？
114:1 以色列出了埃及，雅各家離開說異言之民；
When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;
114:2 那時，猶大為主的聖所，以色列為他所治理的國度。
Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.
114:3 滄海看見就奔逃；約旦河也倒流。
The sea saw it , and fled: Jordan was driven back.
114:4 大山踴躍，如公羊；小山跳舞，如羊羔。
The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.
114:5 滄海啊，你為何奔逃？約旦哪，你為何倒流？
What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?
114:6 大山哪，你為何踴躍，如公羊？小山哪，你為何跳舞，如羊羔？
Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?
114:7 大地啊，你因見主的面，就是雅各 神的面，便要震動。
Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
114:8 他叫磐石變為水池，叫堅石變為泉源。
Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.
115:1 耶和華啊，榮耀不要歸與我們，不要歸與我們；要因你的慈愛和誠實歸在你的名下！
Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
115:2 為何容外邦人說：他們的 神在哪裡呢？
Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
115:3 然而，我們的 神在天上，都隨自己的意旨行事。
But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
115:4 他們的偶像是金的，銀的，是人手所造的，
Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
115:5 有口卻不能言，有眼卻不能看，
They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
115:6 有耳卻不能聽，有鼻卻不能聞，
They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
115:7 有手卻不能摸，有腳卻不能走，有喉嚨也不能出聲。
They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
115:8 造他的要和他一樣；凡靠他的也要如此。
They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.
115:9 以色列啊，你要倚靠耶和華！他是你的幫助和你的盾牌。
O Israel, trust thou in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.
115:10 亞倫家啊，你們要倚靠耶和華！他是你們的幫助和你們的盾牌。
O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.
115:11 你們敬畏耶和華的，要倚靠耶和華！他是你們的幫助和你們的盾牌。
Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.
115:12 耶和華向來眷念我們；他還要賜福給我們：要賜福給以色列的家，賜福給亞倫的家。
The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us ; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.
115:13 凡敬畏耶和華的，無論大小，主必賜福給他。
He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great. and: Heb. with
115:14 願耶和華叫你們和你們的子孫日見加增。
The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.
115:15 你們蒙了造天地之耶和華的福！
Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.
115:16 天，是耶和華的天；地，他卻給了世人。
The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
115:17 死人不能讚美耶和華；下到寂靜中的也都不能。
The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.
115:18 但我們要稱頌耶和華，從今時直到永遠。你們要讚美耶和華！
But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD.
