104:1 我的心哪，你要��耶和�！耶和�─我的 神啊，你�至大！你以尊�威��衣服，
104:2 披上亮光，如披外袍，��穹�，如�幔子，
104:3 在水中立��的�梁，用�彩���，藉著�的翅膀而行，
104:4 以��使者，以火焰��役，
104:5 �地立在根基上，使地永不��。
104:6 你用深水遮�地面，�如衣裳；�水高�山�。
104:7 你的斥�一�，水便奔逃；你的雷�一�，水便奔流。
104:8 �山升上，�谷沉下（或�：�山上翻，�谷下流），�你�它所安定之地。
104:9 你定了界限，使水不能�去，不再�回遮�地面。
104:10 耶和�使泉源�在山谷，流在山�，
104:11 使野地的走�有水喝，野�得解其渴。

104:13 他���中�灌山�；因他作�的功效，地就�足。

默想: �人�看上帝所造的��世界，他不得不��上帝的作�。�人用充��意的眼光�描�，他�，�天地��海如同是衣裳一�，是上帝所用心��的。而天地的�象都是上帝的�役，�宇宙的一切�物莫不�出上帝的�耀，上帝用大能�造�美好的�物，�在是�得我���的。他又看�，上帝立定大地的根基，�立�水的界限，使地�海各有其位置。同�，他厚���物，提供青草菜蔬��物、人�，供�其所需。上帝在他所立的日月星辰的�作中，使得�生生不息，不停的�行。
�人提醒我�，�我�看到上帝所造的�一切，你是否也�得精巧、用心、美好？就是否有感�到，�造�一切的上帝是一位智慧、能力、美好的上帝呢？他�人��物�造�一切，�在配得我��美。你是否�意��耀��他，�高�他的名？

Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
104:2 披上亮光，如披外袍，��穹�，如�幔子，
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
104:3 在水中立��的�梁，用�彩���，藉著�的翅膀而行，
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
104:4 以��使者，以火焰��役，
Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
104:5 �地立在根基上，使地永不��。
Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. Who...: Heb. He hath founded the earth upon her bases
104:6 你用深水遮�地面，�如衣裳；�水高�山�。
Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
104:7 你的斥�一�，水便奔逃；你的雷�一�，水便奔流。
At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
104:8 �山升上，�谷沉下（或�：�山上翻，�谷下流），�你�它所安定之地。
They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them. They go up...: or, The mountains ascend, the valleys descend
104:9 你定了界限，使水不能�去，不再�回遮�地面。
Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
104:10 耶和�使泉源�在山谷，流在山�，

104:11 使野地的走�有水喝，野�得解其渴。
They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst. quench: Heb. break

104:13 他���中�灌山�；因他作�的功效，地就�足。
He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
104:14 他使草生�，�六畜吃，使菜蔬��，供�人用，使人�地�能得食物，
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
104:15 又得酒能�人心，得油能�人面，得�能�人心。
And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart. oil...: Heb. to make his face shine with oil, or, more than oil
104:16 佳美的�木，就是黎巴嫩的香柏�，是耶和�所栽�的，都�了汁�。
The trees of the LORD are full of sap ; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
104:17 雀�在其上搭�；至於�，松�是�的房屋。
Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
104:18 高山�野山羊的住所；�石�沙番的藏�。
The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
104:19 你安置月亮�定�令；日�自知沉落。
He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
104:20 你造黑暗�夜，林中的百�就都爬出�。
Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth . beasts...: Heb. beasts thereof do trample on the forest
104:21 少��子吼叫，要抓食，向 神�求食物。
The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
104:22 日�一出，�便躲避，�在洞�。
The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
104:23 人出去做工，�碌直到晚上。
Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
104:24 耶和�啊，你所造的何其多！都是你用智慧造成的；遍地�了你的�富。
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
104:25 那�有海，又大又�；其中有��的�物，大小活物都有。
So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
104:26 那�有船行走，有你所造的��游泳在其中。
There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein. made: Heb. formed
104:27 �都仰望你按���食物。
These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
104:28 你���，��便拾起�；你�手，���得美食。
That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
104:29 你掩面，��便�惶；你收回��的�，��就死亡，�於�土。
Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
104:30 你�出你的�，��便受造；你使地面更��新。
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
104:31 �耶和�的�耀存到永�！�耶和�喜�自己所造的！
The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works. endure: Heb. be
104:32 他看地，地便震�；他摸山，山就冒�。
He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
104:33 我要一生向耶和�唱�！我�活的�候，要向我 神歌�！
I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
104:34 �他以我的默念�甘甜！我要因耶和��喜！
My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
104:35 �罪人�世上消�！��人�於�有！我的心哪，要��耶和�！你�要�美耶和�（原文是哈利路�；下同）！
Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
