W1 2013-07-01 (詩篇102-103)
103:1 （大衛的詩。）我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！凡在我裡面的，也要稱頌他的聖名！
103:2 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！不可忘記他的一切恩惠！
103:3 他赦免你的一切罪孽，醫治你的一切疾病。
103:4 他救贖你的命脫離死亡，以仁愛和慈悲為你的冠冕。
103:5 他用美物使你所願的得以知足，以致你如鷹返老還童。
103:6 耶和華施行公義，為一切受屈的人伸冤。
103:7 他使摩西知道他的法則，叫以色列人曉得他的作為。
103:8 耶和華有憐憫，有恩典，不輕易發怒，且有豐盛的慈愛。
103:9 他不長久責備，也不永遠懷怒。
103:10 他沒有按我們的罪過待我們，也沒有照我們的罪孽報應我們。
103:11 天離地何等的高，他的慈愛向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！
103:12 東離西有多遠，他叫我們的過犯離我們也有多遠！
103:13 父親怎樣憐恤他的兒女，耶和華也怎樣憐恤敬畏他的人！
103:14 因為他知道我們的本體，思念我們不過是塵土。
默想:
上帝是一位守約施慈愛的上帝，詩人提醒我們，我們是在上帝的恩約當中。詩人要我們要從內心發出對上帝的讚美，來稱頌上帝的聖名；不可忘記上帝對我們的恩惠、慈愛。詩人提到，上帝是赦罪和醫治的上帝，也是賜給人生命的上帝。祂使我們在心靈與物質有豐盛享受，並且替我們伸怨，祂使自己的子民知道他的作為與法測。並以豐盛的慈愛對待他們，祂不長久地責備，也不按我們的過犯對待我們，上帝以祂無比的大愛來赦罪，用像父親般的憐憫來恩待我們。這就是上帝對我們的慈愛，我們身為祂子民，其實實在無法回應上帝為我們所做的，我們所能做的，就是學習更深地來敬畏祂，回應祂的恩典。
題目: 根據詩篇103篇，耶和華對於敬畏他的人彰顯那些慈愛呢？
A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaint before the LORD. Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee. of: or, for
102:2 我在急難的日子，求你向我側耳；不要向我掩面！我呼求的日子，求你快快應允我！
Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
102:3 因為，我的年日如煙雲消滅；我的骨頭如火把燒著。
For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. like...: or, (as some read) into smoke
102:4 我的心被傷，如草枯乾，甚至我忘記吃飯。
My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
102:5 因我唉哼的聲音，我的肉緊貼骨頭。
By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. skin: or, flesh
102:6 我如同曠野的鵜鶘；我好像荒場的鴞鳥。
I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
102:7 我警醒不睡；我像房頂上孤單的麻雀。
I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
102:8 我的仇敵終日辱罵我；向我猖狂的人指著我賭咒。
Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
102:9 我吃過爐灰，如同吃飯；我所喝的與眼淚攙雜。
For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
102:10 這都因你的惱恨和忿怒；你把我拾起來，又把我摔下去。
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
102:11 我的年日如日影偏斜；我也如草枯乾。
My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
102:12 惟你─耶和華必存到永遠；你可記念的名也存到萬代。
But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.
102:13 你必起來憐恤錫安，因現在是可憐她的時候，日期已經到了。
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
102:14 你的僕人原來喜悅她的石頭，可憐她的塵土。
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
102:15 列國要敬畏耶和華的名；世上諸王都敬畏你的榮耀。
So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
102:16 因為耶和華建造了錫安，在他榮耀裡顯現。
When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
102:17 他垂聽窮人的禱告，並不藐視他們的祈求。
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
102:18 這必為後代的人記下，將來受造的民要讚美耶和華。
This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
102:19 因為，他從至高的聖所垂看；耶和華從天向地觀察，
For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;
102:20 要垂聽被囚之人的歎息，要釋放將要死的人，
To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; those...: Heb. the children of death
102:21 使人在錫安傳揚耶和華的名，在耶路撒冷傳揚讚美他的話，
To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
102:22 就是在萬民和列國聚會事奉耶和華的時候。
When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
102:23 他使我的力量中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。
He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days. weakened: Heb. afflicted
102:24 我說：我的 神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年數世世無窮！
I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.
102:25 你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手所造的。
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
102:26 天地都要滅沒，你卻要長存；天地都要如外衣漸漸舊了。你要將天地如裡衣更換，天地就都改變了。
They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: endure: Heb. stand
102:27 惟有你永不改變；你的年數沒有窮盡。
But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
102:28 你僕人的子孫要長存；他們的後裔要堅立在你面前。
The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
103:1 （大衛的詩。）我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！凡在我裡面的，也要稱頌他的聖名！
A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
103:2 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！不可忘記他的一切恩惠！
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
103:3 他赦免你的一切罪孽，醫治你的一切疾病。
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
103:4 他救贖你的命脫離死亡，以仁愛和慈悲為你的冠冕。
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
103:5 他用美物使你所願的得以知足，以致你如鷹返老還童。
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
103:6 耶和華施行公義，為一切受屈的人伸冤。
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
103:7 他使摩西知道他的法則，叫以色列人曉得他的作為。
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
103:8 耶和華有憐憫，有恩典，不輕易發怒，且有豐盛的慈愛。
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. plentious...: Heb. great in mercy
103:9 他不長久責備，也不永遠懷怒。
He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
103:10 他沒有按我們的罪過待我們，也沒有照我們的罪孽報應我們。
He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
103:11 天離地何等的高，他的慈愛向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. as...: Heb. according to the height of the heaven
103:12 東離西有多遠，他叫我們的過犯離我們也有多遠！
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
103:13 父親怎樣憐恤他的兒女，耶和華也怎樣憐恤敬畏他的人！
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
103:14 因為他知道我們的本體，思念我們不過是塵土。
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
103:15 至於世人，他的年日如草一樣。他發旺如野地的花，
As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
103:16 經風一吹，便歸無有；它的原處也不再認識它。
For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. it is...: Heb. it is not
103:17 但耶和華的慈愛歸於敬畏他的人，從亙古到永遠；他的公義也歸於子子孫孫─
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
103:18 就是那些遵守他的約、記念他的訓詞而遵行的人。
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
103:19 耶和華在天上立定寶座；他的權柄（原文是國）統管萬有。
The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
103:20 聽從他命令、成全他旨意、有大能的天使，都要稱頌耶和華！
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. that excel...: Heb. mighty in strength
103:21 你們作他的諸軍，作他的僕役，行他所喜悅的，都要稱頌耶和華！
Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
103:22 你們一切被他造的，在他所治理的各處，都要稱頌耶和華！我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！
Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
