W3 2013-06-05 (詩篇69)
69:1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長。調用百合花。） 神啊，求你救我！因為眾水要淹沒我。
69:2 我陷在深淤泥中，沒有立腳之地；我到了深水中，大水漫過我身。
69:3 我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發乾；我因等候 神，眼睛失明。
69:4 無故恨我的，比我頭髮還多；無理與我為仇、要把我剪除的，甚為強盛。我沒有搶奪的，要叫我償還。
69:5 神啊，我的愚昧，你原知道；我的罪愆不能隱瞞。
69:6 萬軍的主─耶和華啊，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞！以色列的 神啊，求你叫那尋求你的，不要因我受辱！
69:7 因我為你的緣故受了辱罵，滿面羞愧。
69:8 我的弟兄看我為外路人；我的同胞看我為外邦人。
69:9 因我為你的殿心裡焦急，如同火燒，並且辱罵你人的辱罵都落在我身上。
69:10 我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心；這倒算為我的羞辱。
69:11 我拿麻布當衣裳，就成了他們的笑談。
69:12 坐在城門口的談論我；酒徒也以我為歌曲。
69:13 但我在悅納的時候向你─耶和華祈禱。 神啊，求你按你豐盛的慈愛，憑你拯救的誠實應允我！
69:14 求你搭救我出離淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；求你使我脫離那些恨我的人，使我出離深水。
69:15 求你不容大水漫過我，不容深淵吞滅我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。
默想: 這首詩本來是詩人在苦難中向上帝的呼求，描述在苦難中，詩人的心境與所面對的難處。而在基督信仰中，我們也常常用這首詩來作為基督的受難詩。
事實上，這首詩所描述的情境，常常是我們在苦難中的處境，我們在苦難中，好似陷入淤泥、被大水所淹沒。我們的困境，不但讓我們沒有立腳之地，甚至感到將要被大水沒頂。那種被痛苦環繞，又無力求救的狀況，正是生命中，最悲慘的處境。
可怕的是，當我們身陷困境之中，居然還要面對仇敵無情的攻擊，四週的仇敵多到無法數算，極力地想置我們於死地。詩人在這種景況中，他向上帝承認自己的愚昧與罪惡，同時尋求上帝來作為祂的拯救。詩人求上帝不要讓他蒙羞，因為他是為了上帝的緣故而承受了辱罵。他面對困難，甚至連他的至親也將他視為外人，不再理采他。詩人為此痛苦，但是他心中深深地以上帝的聖殿為念。詩人在痛苦患難的時候，指望的就是上帝的慈愛與誠實，雖然這個世界、仇敵來攻擊他，但是他相信上帝的慈愛沒有離開他，同時為了上帝他願意忍辱負重，專心的仰望等候，尋求上帝的慈愛與憐憫。
題目: 在詩篇六十九篇當中，你是否看到有關主耶穌受苦的預言呢？
69:1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長。調用百合花。） 神啊，求你救我！因為眾水要淹沒我。
To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim, A Psalm of David. Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.
69:2 我陷在深淤泥中，沒有立腳之地；我到了深水中，大水漫過我身。
I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. deep mire: Heb. the mire of depth deep waters: Heb. depth of waters
69:3 我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發乾；我因等候 神，眼睛失明。
I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
69:4 無故恨我的，比我頭髮還多；無理與我為仇、要把我剪除的，甚為強盛。我沒有搶奪的，要叫我償還。
They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
69:5 神啊，我的愚昧，你原知道；我的罪愆不能隱瞞。
O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. sins: Heb. guiltiness
69:6 萬軍的主─耶和華啊，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞！以色列的 神啊，求你叫那尋求你的，不要因我受辱！
Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.
69:7 因我為你的緣故受了辱罵，滿面羞愧。
Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
69:8 我的弟兄看我為外路人；我的同胞看我為外邦人。
I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
69:9 因我為你的殿心裡焦急，如同火燒，並且辱罵你人的辱罵都落在我身上。
For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
69:10 我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心；這倒算為我的羞辱。
When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.
69:11 我拿麻布當衣裳，就成了他們的笑談。
I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.
69:12 坐在城門口的談論我；酒徒也以我為歌曲。
They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards. drunkards: Heb. drinkers of strong drink
69:13 但我在悅納的時候向你─耶和華祈禱。 神啊，求你按你豐盛的慈愛，憑你拯救的誠實應允我！
But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
69:14 求你搭救我出離淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；求你使我脫離那些恨我的人，使我出離深水。
Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
69:15 求你不容大水漫過我，不容深淵吞滅我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。
Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
69:16 耶和華啊，求你應允我！因為你的慈愛本為美好；求你按你豐盛的慈悲回轉眷顧我！
Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
69:17 不要掩面不顧你的僕人；我是在急難之中，求你速速地應允我！
And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily. hear...: Heb. make haste to hear me
69:18 求你親近我，救贖我！求你因我的仇敵把我贖回！
Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
69:19 你知道我受的辱罵、欺凌、羞辱；我的敵人都在你面前。
Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
69:20 辱罵傷破了我的心，我又滿了憂愁。我指望有人體恤，卻沒有一個；我指望有人安慰，卻找不著一個。
Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none. to take...: Heb. to lament with me
69:21 他們拿苦膽給我當食物；我渴了，他們拿醋給我喝。
They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
69:22 願他們的筵席在他們面前變為網羅，在他們平安的時候變為機檻。
Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
69:23 願他們的眼睛昏矇，不得看見；願你使他們的腰常常戰抖。
Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.
69:24 求你將你的惱恨倒在他們身上，叫你的烈怒追上他們。
Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
69:25 願他們的住處變為荒場；願他們的帳棚無人居住。
Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents. their habitation: Heb. their palace let none...: Heb. let there not be a dweller
69:26 因為，你所擊打的，他們就逼迫；你所擊傷的，他們戲說他的愁苦。
For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded. those...: Heb. thy wounded
69:27 願你在他們的罪上加罪，不容他們在你面前稱義。
Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness. iniquity unto...: or, punishment of iniquity, etc
69:28 願他們從生命冊上被塗抹，不得記錄在義人之中。
Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
69:29 但我是困苦憂傷的； 神啊，願你的救恩將我安置在高處。
But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
69:30 我要以詩歌讚美 神的名，以感謝稱他為大！
I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
69:31 這便叫耶和華喜悅，勝似獻牛，或是獻有角有蹄的公牛。
This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
69:32 謙卑的人看見了就喜樂；尋求 神的人，願你們的心甦醒。
The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God. humble: or, meek
69:33 因為耶和華聽了窮乏人，不藐視被囚的人。
For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
69:34 願天和地、洋海和其中一切的動物都讚美他！
Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein. moveth: Heb. creepeth
69:35 因為 神要拯救錫安，建造猶大的城邑；他的民要在那裡居住，得以為業。
For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
69:36 他僕人的後裔要承受為業；愛他名的人也要住在其中。
The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
