101:1 （大衛的詩）。我要歌唱慈愛和公平；耶和華啊，我要向你歌頌！
101:2 我要用智慧行完全的道。你幾時到我這裡來呢？我要存完全的心行在我家中。
101:3 邪僻的事，我都不擺在我眼前；悖逆人所做的事，我甚恨惡，不容沾在我身上。
101:4 彎曲的心思，我必遠離；一切的惡人（或譯：惡事），我不認識。
101:5 在暗中讒謗他鄰居的，我必將他滅絕；眼目高傲、心裡驕縱的，我必不容他。
101:6 我眼要看國中的誠實人，叫他們與我同住；行為完全的，他要伺候我。
101:7 行詭詐的，必不得住在我家裡；說謊話的，必不得立在我眼前。
101:8 我每日早晨要滅絕國中所有的惡人，好把一切作孽的從耶和華的城裡剪除。

默想: 這首詩是大衛的禱告，從這個禱告中，我們看到了身為一個王，他的價值觀。大衛認為做為一個王，最重要的是「慈愛和公平」，追求的是「用智慧行完全的道」。因為一個敬畏上帝的君王，就會促使全國百姓真正的敬拜上帝。當王「行公義、好憐憫」，百姓就會存謙卑的心與神同行。
在大衛的禱告中，他要除去一切邪辟的事與悖逆的人。從思想到交友他都保持潔淨，那些口舌的爭議，眼目的高傲，也不被容許。大衛描繪自己乃是要與誠實人、行為完全的人在一起。從我們今天的角度來看，或許我們不能像大衛一樣，身為一個王，有權力去懲奸除惡，或是選賢舉能，靠著自己的權位來影響這個社會、國家。但是，這不代表我們什麼都不能做，我們可以透過大衛的這個禱告，提醒自己，每一天，我處在什麼的處境中，我與什麼樣的人來往？我用我的生活，傳達了，我所追求的價值觀是什麼？當人們看到我的時候，他們覺得，我是一個什麼樣的人？否認我有真的追求「慈愛和公平」、「用智慧行完全的道」？

題目: 根據詩篇101篇，大衛王每天要除去那些罪惡呢？

 

100:1 （稱謝詩。）普天下當向耶和華歡呼！
A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. praise: or, thanksgiving all...: Heb. all the earth
100:2 你們當樂意事奉耶和華，當來向他歌唱！
Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
100:3 你們當曉得耶和華是　神！我們是他造的，也是屬他的；我們是他的民，也是他草場的羊。
Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. and not...: or, and his we are
100:4 當稱謝進入他的門；當讚美進入他的院。當感謝他，稱頌他的名！
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
100:5 因為耶和華本為善。他的慈愛存到永遠；他的信實直到萬代。

A Psalm of David. I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.
101:2 我要用智慧行完全的道。你幾時到我這裡來呢？我要存完全的心行在我家中。
I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
101:3 邪僻的事，我都不擺在我眼前；悖逆人所做的事，我甚恨惡，不容沾在我身上。
I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me. wicked...: Heb. thing of Belial
101:4 彎曲的心思，我必遠離；一切的惡人（或譯：惡事），我不認識。
A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person .
101:5 在暗中讒謗他鄰居的，我必將他滅絕；眼目高傲、心裡驕縱的，我必不容他。
Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
101:6 我眼要看國中的誠實人，叫他們與我同住；行為完全的，他要伺候我。
Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me. in a...: or, perfect in the way
101:7 行詭詐的，必不得住在我家裡；說謊話的，必不得立在我眼前。
He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight. shall not tarry: Heb. shall not be established
101:8 我每日早晨要滅絕國中所有的惡人，好把一切作孽的從耶和華的城裡剪除。
I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.

99:1 耶和華作王；萬民當戰抖！他坐在二基路伯上，地當動搖。
99:2 耶和華在錫安為大；他超乎萬民之上。
99:3 他們當稱讚他大而可畏的名；他本為聖！
99:4 王有能力，喜愛公平，堅立公正，在雅各中施行公平和公義。
99:5 你們當尊崇耶和華─我們的　神，在他腳凳前下拜。他本為聖！
99:6 在他的祭司中有摩西和亞倫；在求告他名的人中有撒母耳。他們求告耶和華，他就應允他們。
99:7 他在雲柱中對他們說話；他們遵守他的法度和他所賜給他們的律例。
99:8 耶和華─我們的　神啊，你應允他們；你是赦免他們的　神，卻按他們所行的報應他們。
99:9 你們要尊崇耶和華─我們的　神，在他的聖山下拜，因為耶和華─我們的　神本為聖！



默想:從舊約聖經的記載中，摩西、亞倫、撒母耳，都是信仰的偉人，他們禱告，上帝就應允他們，甚至上帝給他們有特別的啟示，將律法與祂的旨意藉著他們向百姓明白顯示。這些信仰的偉人所做的超過許多的普通人，但是，詩人提醒我們上帝雖然「應允他們、赦免他們」，「卻按他們所行的報應他們」。
對我們而言，這是一個提醒，不論我們在信仰團體中扮演什麼樣的角色，也不論我們在上帝國裡有什麼樣的豐功偉業，這些都不是我們的保證。我們不會因為自己行了多大的神蹟，或是完成多重要的事工，就得到「免死金牌」。我們不能說：「上帝啊！你看，我為你完成何等大的事，所以你該對我『法外施恩』；我是你重要的代言人，是牧養你百姓的，你怎麼能用審判一般人的標準來審判我，難道你不給我多一點的「優惠」嗎？」
是的，上帝並沒有因為我們認真服侍，為祂完成重要的事，而給我們犯罪的特權。我們永遠要記得「我們要尊崇耶和華我們的上帝，…因為耶穌我們的上帝本為聖。」上帝是聖潔的上帝，也是公義、審判的上帝，祂照我們所行的報應我們。

題目: 詩篇九十九篇說，耶和華是赦免的神，卻按他們所行的報應他們。你對此有何看法？

 

98:1 （一篇詩。）你們要向耶和華唱新歌！因為他行過奇妙的事；他的右手和聖臂施行救恩。
A Psalm. O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
98:2 耶和華發明了他的救恩，在列邦人眼前顯出公義；
The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen. openly...: or, revealed
98:3 記念他向以色列家所發的慈愛，所憑的信實。地的四極都看見我們　神的救恩。
He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
98:4 全地都要向耶和華歡樂；要發起大聲，歡呼歌頌！
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
98:5 要用琴歌頌耶和華，用琴和詩歌的聲音歌頌他！
Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
98:6 用號和角聲，在大君王耶和華面前歡呼！
With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
98:7 願海和其中所充滿的澎湃；世界和住在其間的也要發聲。
Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. the fulness...: or, all it containeth
98:8 願大水拍手；願諸山在耶和華面前一同歡呼；
Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
98:9 因為他來要審判遍地。他要按公義審判世界，按公正審判萬民。
Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.

99:1 耶和華作王；萬民當戰抖！他坐在二基路伯上，地當動搖。
The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved. be moved: Heb. stagger
99:2 耶和華在錫安為大；他超乎萬民之上。
The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.
99:3 他們當稱讚他大而可畏的名；他本為聖！
Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
99:4 王有能力，喜愛公平，堅立公正，在雅各中施行公平和公義。
The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.
99:5 你們當尊崇耶和華─我們的　神，在他腳凳前下拜。他本為聖！
Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy. he is...: or, it is holy
99:6 在他的祭司中有摩西和亞倫；在求告他名的人中有撒母耳。他們求告耶和華，他就應允他們。
Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.

He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.
99:8 耶和華─我們的　神啊，你應允他們；你是赦免他們的　神，卻按他們所行的報應他們。
Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.
99:9 你們要尊崇耶和華─我們的　神，在他的聖山下拜，因為耶和華─我們的　神本為聖！
Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.

96:4 因耶和華為大，當受極大的讚美；他在萬神之上，當受敬畏。
96:5 外邦的神都屬虛無；惟獨耶和華創造諸天。
96:6 有尊榮和威嚴在他面前；有能力與華美在他聖所。
96:7 民中的萬族啊，你們要將榮耀、能力歸給耶和華，都歸給耶和華！
96:8 要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給他，拿供物來進入他的院宇。
96:9 當以聖潔的（的：或譯為）妝飾敬拜耶和華；全地要在他面前戰抖！

默想: 因為耶和華為大，他在萬神之上，也只有他創造這些諸天，所以詩人勉厲我們要對耶和華唱新歌。他邀請我們「天天傳揚他的救恩」，向萬民列邦訴說「他的榮耀、他的奇事」，將「榮耀、能力歸給耶和華」，將他的名「所當得的榮耀歸給他」，「帶供物進入祂的院宇」，用聖潔的妝飾敬拜耶和華。詩人用如此多的方式來描述我們應如何敬拜，是要我們體認到上帝大能的救恩。當我們在敬拜上帝的時候，我們不是將眼目專注在自己的的處境上，而是要我們經驗到上帝的威嚴、能力、智慧、公義、慈愛。所以，信徒是透過敬拜，來勝過自己的無力、焦慮與挫折。願我們在敬拜中，能專注於仰望上帝，並且從其中去經驗到上帝的大能與同在，使我們勝過自己的處境，而從敬拜中重新得力。
題目: 根據詩篇九十六篇，我們應當如何敬拜耶和華呢？

 

96:1 你們要向耶和華唱新歌！全地都要向耶和華歌唱！
O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.
96:2 要向耶和華歌唱，稱頌他的名！天天傳揚他的救恩！
Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.
96:3 在列邦中述說他的榮耀！在萬民中述說他的奇事！
Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
96:4 因耶和華為大，當受極大的讚美；他在萬神之上，當受敬畏。
For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
96:5 外邦的神都屬虛無；惟獨耶和華創造諸天。
For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
96:6 有尊榮和威嚴在他面前；有能力與華美在他聖所。
Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
96:7 民中的萬族啊，你們要將榮耀、能力歸給耶和華，都歸給耶和華！
Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.
96:8 要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給他，拿供物來進入他的院宇。
Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. due...: Heb. of his name
96:9 當以聖潔的（的：或譯為）妝飾敬拜耶和華；全地要在他面前戰抖！
O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth. in the...: or, in the glorious sanctuary
96:10 人在列邦中要說：耶和華作王！世界就堅定，不得動搖；他要按公正審判眾民。
Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.
96:11 願天歡喜，願地快樂！願海和其中所充滿的澎湃！
Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof. the fulness...: or, all it containeth
96:12 願田和其中所有的都歡樂！那時，林中的樹木都要在耶和華面前歡呼。
Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

97:2 密雲和幽暗在他的四圍；公義和公平是他寶座的根基。
Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. habitation: or, establishment
97:3 有烈火在他前頭行，燒滅他四圍的敵人。
A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
97:4 他的閃電光照世界，大地看見便震動。
His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
97:5 諸山見耶和華的面，就是全地之主的面，便消化如蠟。
The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
97:6 諸天表明他的公義；萬民看見他的榮耀。
The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
97:7 願一切事奉雕刻的偶像、靠虛無之神自誇的，都蒙羞愧。萬神哪，你們都當拜他。
Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
97:8 耶和華啊，錫安聽見你的判斷就歡喜；猶大的城邑（原文是女子）也都快樂。
Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O LORD.
97:9 因為你─耶和華至高，超乎全地；你被尊崇，遠超萬神之上。
For thou, LORD, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.
97:10 你們愛耶和華的，都當恨惡罪惡；他保護聖民的性命，搭救他們脫離惡人的手。
Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
97:11 散布亮光是為義人；預備喜樂是為正直人。
Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
97:12 你們義人當靠耶和華歡喜，稱謝他可記念的聖名。
Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. at...: or, to the memorial

95:1 來啊，我們要向耶和華歌唱，向拯救我們的磐石歡呼！
95:2 我們要來感謝他，用詩歌向他歡呼！
95:3 因耶和華為大神，為大王，超乎萬神之上。
95:4 地的深處在他手中；山的高峰也屬他。
95:5 海洋屬他，是他造的；旱地也是他手造成的。
95:6 來啊，我們要屈身敬拜，在造我們的耶和華面前跪下。
95:7 因為他是我們的　神；我們是他草場的羊，是他手下的民。惟願你們今天聽他的話：
95:8 你們不可硬著心，像當日在米利巴，就是在曠野的瑪撒。
95:9 那時，你們的祖宗試我探我，並且觀看我的作為。
95:10 四十年之久，我厭煩那世代，說：這是心裡迷糊的百姓，竟不曉得我的作為！
95:11 所以，我在怒中起誓，說：他們斷不可進入我的安息！ 

默想: : 詩人邀請以色列人一起來敬拜讚美以色列的上帝，因為上帝是拯救、創造的上帝，也是牧養祂百姓的上帝。面對這樣一位大能有大力的上帝，以色列人最適當的回應，就是聽祂的話，存敬畏的心來敬拜。
但是以色列人的真實情況卻不是這樣，他們在歷史中，在看到上帝的作為、大能，不但沒有敬畏上帝，反而是硬著心，去試探上帝。所以這些背逆的百姓，引發上帝的怒氣，以致於上帝起誓不讓他們進入上帝為他們所預備的安息之地。
詩人通過這詩篇，是要讓每一個聽見的人都儆醒，我們是要選擇做什麼樣的人呢？是屈身敬拜成為祂草場上的羊，做祂的子民的團體呢？還是成為心裡迷糊的百姓，斷不能進入祂安息的團體？

題目: 根據詩篇九十五篇，以色列人為何無法進入神的安息呢？

 

94:1 耶和華啊，你是伸冤的　神；伸冤的　神啊，求你發出光來！
O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself. God...: Heb. God of revenges shew...: Heb. shine forth
94:2 審判世界的主啊，求你挺身而立，使驕傲人受應得的報應！
Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
94:3 耶和華啊，惡人誇勝要到幾時呢？要到幾時呢？
LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
94:4 他們絮絮叨叨說傲慢的話；一切作孽的人都自己誇張。
How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
94:5 耶和華啊，他們強壓你的百姓，苦害你的產業。
They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.
94:6 他們殺死寡婦和寄居的，又殺害孤兒。
They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
94:7 他們說：耶和華必不看見；雅各的　神必不思念。
Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it .
94:8 你們民間的畜類人當思想；你們愚頑人到幾時才有智慧呢？
Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?
94:9 造耳朵的，難道自己不聽見嗎？造眼睛的，難道自己不看見嗎？
He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
94:10 管教列邦的，就是叫人得知識的，難道自己不懲治人嗎？
He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know ?
94:11 耶和華知道人的意念是虛妄的。
The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
94:12 耶和華啊，你所管教、用律法所教訓的人是有福的！
Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
94:13 你使他在遭難的日子得享平安；惟有惡人陷在所挖的坑中。
That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.
94:14 因為耶和華必不丟棄他的百姓，也不離棄他的產業。
For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
94:15 審判要轉向公義；心裡正直的，必都隨從。
But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it. shall follow...: Heb. shall be after it
94:16 誰肯為我起來攻擊作惡的？誰肯為我站起抵擋作孽的？
Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
94:17 若不是耶和華幫助我，我就住在寂靜之中了。
Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence. almost: or, quickly
94:18 我正說我失了腳，耶和華啊，那時你的慈愛扶助我。
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
94:19 我心裡多憂多疑，你安慰我，就使我歡樂。
In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
94:20 那藉著律例架弄殘害、在位上行奸惡的，豈能與你相交嗎？
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
94:21 他們大家聚集攻擊義人，將無辜的人定為死罪。
They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
94:22 但耶和華向來作了我的高臺；我的　神作了我投靠的磐石。
But the LORD is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.
94:23 他叫他們的罪孽歸到他們身上。他們正在行惡之中，他要剪除他們；耶和華─我們的　神要把他們剪除。
And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea , the LORD our God shall cut them off.

O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.

92:2 用十弦的樂器和瑟，用琴彈幽雅的聲音，早晨傳揚你的慈愛；每夜傳揚你的信實。這本為美事。
92:3 併於上節
92:4 因你─耶和華藉著你的作為叫我高興，我要因你手的工作歡呼。
92:5 耶和華啊，你的工作何其大！你的心思極其深！
92:6 畜類人不曉得；愚頑人也不明白。
92:7 惡人茂盛如草，一切作孽之人發旺的時候，正是他們要滅亡，直到永遠。
92:8 惟你─耶和華是至高，直到永遠。
92:9 耶和華啊，你的仇敵都要滅亡；一切作孽的也要離散。

默想: 色列人用這首詩歌，作為他們在安息日傳唱的詩歌，透過這首詩歌提醒他們，在例行的工作當中，學習放下重擔，來進入上帝所賜的安息之中。

詩人講述上帝的慈愛與信實，並且分析義人與惡人的不同。那些不義之人，雖然看起來如草一樣非常興旺，但是我們不用羡慕他們，也不用感覺上帝不公平；為什麼讓惡者可以這樣有權有勢呢？因為他們雖然興旺，但是卻立即衰敗、消逝。

但是依靠上帝的百姓卻不是如此，他們是被栽於耶和華的殿中，發旺在上帝的院子裡。表明了義人最重要的是與上帝的關係，並且在上帝的保守看顧中。所以他們的在主的恩典中是長久的，不是短暫的。他們即使在年老的時候，仍要結出果子，仍然會滿了汁漿發發青。他們與惡人不同，惡人是短暫得勢，無法長久。但是在上帝的恩典中，義人長久在祂的恩典與保守中。

這首詩歌透過在每個安息日中的傳唱，讓以色列人學習，用一個更廣闊的眼光看世事。同樣的，我們也可以用這首詩歌，來看今天所發生在我們週圍的事物。

 

題目: 根據詩篇九十二篇，義人會領受耶和華怎樣的祝福呢？

 

92:1 （安息日的詩歌。）稱謝耶和華！歌頌你至高者的名！
A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
92:2 用十弦的樂器和瑟，用琴彈幽雅的聲音，早晨傳揚你的慈愛；每夜傳揚你的信實。這本為美事。
To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, every...: Heb. in the nights
92:3 併於上節

92:4 因你─耶和華藉著你的作為叫我高興，我要因你手的工作歡呼。
For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
92:6 畜類人不曉得；愚頑人也不明白。
A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
92:7 惡人茂盛如草，一切作孽之人發旺的時候，正是他們要滅亡，直到永遠。
When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
92:8 惟你─耶和華是至高，直到永遠。
But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore.
92:9 耶和華啊，你的仇敵都要滅亡；一切作孽的也要離散。
For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
92:10 你卻高舉了我的角，如野牛的角；我是被新油膏了的。
But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
92:11 我眼睛看見仇敵遭報；我耳朵聽見那些起來攻擊我的惡人受罰。
Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
92:12 義人要發旺如棕樹，生長如黎巴嫩的香柏樹。
The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
92:13 他們栽於耶和華的殿中，發旺在我們　神的院裡。
Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.
92:14 他們年老的時候仍要結果子，要滿了汁漿而常發青，
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; flourishing: Heb. green
92:15 好顯明耶和華是正直的。他是我的磐石，在他毫無不義。
To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

93:1 耶和華作王！他以威嚴為衣穿上；耶和華以能力為衣，以能力束腰，世界就堅定，不得動搖。
The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
93:2 你的寶座從太初立定；你從亙古就有。
Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting. of old: Heb. from then
93:3 耶和華啊，大水揚起，大水發聲，波浪澎湃。
The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
93:4 耶和華在高處大有能力，勝過諸水的響聲，洋海的大浪。
The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
93:5 耶和華啊，你的法度最的確；你的殿永稱為聖，是合宜的。

90:2 諸山未曾生出，地與世界你未曾造成，從亙古到永遠，你是　神。
90:3 你使人歸於塵土，說：你們世人要歸回。
90:4 在你看來，千年如已過的昨日，又如夜間的一更。
90:5 你叫他們如水沖去；他們如睡一覺。早晨，他們如生長的草，
90:6 早晨發芽生長，晚上割下枯乾。
90:7 我們因你的怒氣而消滅，因你的忿怒而驚惶。
90:8 你將我們的罪孽擺在你面前，將我們的隱惡擺在你面光之中。
90:9 我們經過的日子都在你震怒之下；我們度盡的年歲好像一聲歎息。

90:17 願主我們　神─的榮美歸於我們身上。願你堅立我們手所做的工；我們手所做的工，願你堅立。

默想: 人在這世上的日子真的是非常的短暫，從出生到死亡，短短的七、八十年，我們常常面對未知的未來，內心有著不安與擔心，因為我們不知道將來會如何，所以常常為自己汲汲營營。詩人在自己的生命中，敏感到自己是一個有罪人，他常常在生活中，感受到自己的所行所言是得罪上帝的，這種敏感，使他知道他缺少平安，且要面對審判，活在這種生命中，詩人看不出將來有什麼樣的盼望。
詩人提醒自己，要知道自己生命的價值，不全在自己的努力與成就，而在與上帝建立什麼樣的關係。所以他求上帝賜給祂智慧的心，因為他相信，與上帝建立好正確的關係，是一個人得著智慧的重要關鍵。這提醒我們，我們為什麼而活著？是為自己而活呢？或是為了眼前而活？我們每一天的生活中，我們是不是常常去體驗到自己與上帝的關係呢？我們有否感受到我們生活帶著上帝創著我們時，所賦與的使命呢？是不是我們每經歷一天，我們就能感恩？因為這一天，我們能夠照著祂的旨意來經過。如此，我們就經驗到上帝的榮美、榮耀，也經歷了每一天生活的意義，我們的生命不再是追求年歲的長短，而是活在上帝的旨意中。

題目: 根據摩西所寫的詩篇九十篇，我們要如何才能得著智慧的心呢？

 

90:1 （神人摩西的祈禱）主啊，你世世代代作我們的居所。
A Prayer of Moses the man of God. Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. A Prayer...: or, A Prayer, being a Psalm of Moses in...: Heb. in generation and generation
90:2 諸山未曾生出，地與世界你未曾造成，從亙古到永遠，你是　神。
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
90:3 你使人歸於塵土，說：你們世人要歸回。
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
90:4 在你看來，千年如已過的昨日，又如夜間的一更。
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. when...: or, when he hath passed them
90:5 你叫他們如水沖去；他們如睡一覺。早晨，他們如生長的草，
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up. groweth...: or, is changed

Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
90:9 我們經過的日子都在你震怒之下；我們度盡的年歲好像一聲歎息。

90:10 我們一生的年日是七十歲，若是強壯可到八十歲；但其中所矜誇的不過是勞苦愁煩，轉眼成空，我們便如飛而去。
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. The days...: Heb. As for the days of our years, in them are seventy years
90:11 誰曉得你怒氣的權勢？誰按著你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢？
Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
90:12 求你指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子，好叫我們得著智慧的心。
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. apply: Heb. cause to come
90:13 耶和華啊，我們要等到幾時呢？求你轉回，為你的僕人後悔。
Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
90:14 求你使我們早早飽得你的慈愛，好叫我們一生一世歡呼喜樂。
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
90:15 求你照著你使我們受苦的日子，和我們遭難的年歲，叫我們喜樂。
Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
90:16 願你的作為向你僕人顯現；願你的榮耀向他們子孫顯明。
Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
90:17 願主我們　神─的榮美歸於我們身上。願你堅立我們手所做的工；我們手所做的工，願你堅立。
And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

91:1 住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. abide: Heb. lodge
91:2 我要論到耶和華說：他是我的避難所，是我的山寨，是我的　神，是我所倚靠的。
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
91:3 他必救你脫離捕鳥人的網羅和毒害的瘟疫。
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
91:4 他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的誠實是大小的盾牌。
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
91:5 你必不怕黑夜的驚駭，或是白日飛的箭，
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
91:6 也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午間滅人的毒病。
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
91:7 雖有千人仆倒在你旁邊，萬人仆倒在你右邊，這災卻不得臨近你。
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

89:1 （以斯拉人以探的訓誨詩。）我要歌唱耶和華的慈愛，直到永遠；我要用口將你的信實傳與萬代。
89:2 因我曾說：你的慈悲必建立到永遠；你的信實必堅立在天上。
89:3 我與我所揀選的人立了約，向我的僕人大衛起了誓：
89:4 我要建立你的後裔，直到永遠；要建立你的寶座，直到萬代。（細拉）
89:5 耶和華啊，諸天要稱讚你的奇事；在聖者的會中，要稱讚你的信實。
89:6 在天空誰能比耶和華呢？　神的眾子中，誰能像耶和華呢？
89:7 他在聖者的會中，是大有威嚴的　神，比一切在他四圍的更可畏懼。
89:8 耶和華─萬軍之　神啊，哪一個大能者像你耶和華？你的信實是在你的四圍。
89:9 你管轄海的狂傲；波浪翻騰，你就使它平靜了。
89:10 你打碎了拉哈伯，似乎是已殺的人；你用有能的膀臂打散了你的仇敵。
89:11 天屬你，地也屬你；世界和其中所充滿的都為你所建立。
89:12 南北為你所創造；他泊和黑門都因你的名歡呼。
89:13 你有大能的膀臂；你的手有力，你的右手也高舉。
89:14 公義和公平是你寶座的根基；慈愛和誠實行在你前面。

默想: 當極大的苦難臨到時，我們已經別無選擇地來到上帝的面前時，你會如何呢？是立即祈求上帝的幫助，或是將自己所遭遇到的苦難、悲情向上帝訴說？甚至埋怨上帝為何沒有看顧拯救我們？
我們看到詩人很特別，他不是這樣。他是透過讚美禱告來親近上帝，因為從他過往所認識的上帝，他知道上帝是信實與慈愛的，他知道，在讚美中，他更能體驗到上帝的真實與永不改變。
是的，詩人的國家遭受極大的災難，但是，讓我們來敬拜上帝吧！上帝絕非不知道我們的苦難，也不是沒有能力幫助我們。這是詩人的相信。我們呢？當我們遇到苦難、挫折，我知道，那很真實、也很強烈。但是，莫忘了，苦難時，更容易把我們帶到上帝的面前，讓我們再次地回想上帝與我們的關係，經驗祂的大能，用信心來依靠祂。

題目: 以斯拉人以探在詩篇八十九篇所描述的，是以色列從大衛王登基到亡國被擄歷史的史詩。你對這首史詩有何感想呢？

 

89:1 （以斯拉人以探的訓誨詩。）我要歌唱耶和華的慈愛，直到永遠；我要用口將你的信實傳與萬代。

89:2 因我曾說：你的慈悲必建立到永遠；你的信實必堅立在天上。
For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
89:3 我與我所揀選的人立了約，向我的僕人大衛起了誓：
I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,
89:4 我要建立你的後裔，直到永遠；要建立你的寶座，直到萬代。（細拉）
Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.
89:5 耶和華啊，諸天要稱讚你的奇事；在聖者的會中，要稱讚你的信實。
And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
89:6 在天空誰能比耶和華呢？　神的眾子中，誰能像耶和華呢？
For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?
89:7 他在聖者的會中，是大有威嚴的　神，比一切在他四圍的更可畏懼。
God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.
89:8 耶和華─萬軍之　神啊，哪一個大能者像你耶和華？你的信實是在你的四圍。
O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?
89:9 你管轄海的狂傲；波浪翻騰，你就使它平靜了。
Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.
89:10 你打碎了拉哈伯，似乎是已殺的人；你用有能的膀臂打散了你的仇敵。
Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm. Rahab: or, Egypt thy...: Heb. the arm of thy strength
89:11 天屬你，地也屬你；世界和其中所充滿的都為你所建立。
The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them. the fulness...: or, all it containeth

The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.

89:14 公義和公平是你寶座的根基；慈愛和誠實行在你前面。
Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face. habitation: or, establishment
89:15 知道向你歡呼的，那民是有福的！耶和華啊，他們在你臉上的光裡行走。
Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.
89:16 他們因你的名終日歡樂，因你的公義得以高舉。
In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
89:17 你是他們力量的榮耀；因為你喜悅我們，我們的角必被高舉。
For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.
89:18 我們的盾牌屬耶和華；我們的王屬以色列的聖者。
For the LORD is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king. the LORD...: or, our shield is of the LORD, and our king is of the Holy One of Israel
89:19 當時，你在異象中曉諭你的聖民，說：我已把救助之力加在那有能者的身上；我高舉那從民中所揀選的。
Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.
89:20 我尋得我的僕人大衛，用我的聖膏膏他。
I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
89:21 我的手必使他堅立；我的膀臂也必堅固他。
With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.
89:22 仇敵必不勒索他；凶惡之子也不苦害他。
The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
89:23 我要在他面前打碎他的敵人，擊殺那恨他的人。
And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.
89:24 只是我的信實和我的慈愛要與他同在；因我的名，他的角必被高舉。
But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
89:25 我要使他的左手伸到海上，右手伸到河上。
I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.
89:26 他要稱呼我說：你是我的父，是我的　神，是拯救我的磐石。
He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
89:27 我也要立他為長子，為世上最高的君王。
Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.
89:28 我要為他存留我的慈愛，直到永遠；我與他立的約必要堅定。
My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.
89:29 我也要使他的後裔存到永遠，使他的寶座如天之久。
His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
89:30 倘若他的子孫離棄我的律法，不照我的典章行，
If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
89:31 背棄我的律例，不遵守我的誡命，
If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; break: Heb. profane
89:32 我就要用杖責罰他們的過犯，用鞭責罰他們的罪孽。
Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
89:33 只是我必不將我的慈愛全然收回，也必不叫我的信實廢棄。
Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. will...: Heb. I will not make void from him to fall: Heb. to lie
89:34 我必不背棄我的約，也不改變我口中所出的。
My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
89:35 我一次指著自己的聖潔起誓：我決不向大衛說謊！
Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. that...: Heb. if I lie
89:36 他的後裔要存到永遠；他的寶座在我面前如日之恆一般，
His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.
89:37 又如月亮永遠堅立，如天上確實的見證。（細拉）
It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.
89:38 但你惱怒你的受膏者，就丟掉棄絕他。
But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thine anointed.
89:39 你厭惡了與僕人所立的約，將他的冠冕踐踏於地。
Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned his crown by casting it to the ground.
89:40 你拆毀了他一切的籬笆，使他的保障變為荒場。
Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his strong holds to ruin.
89:41 凡過路的人都搶奪他；他成為鄰邦的羞辱。
All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.
89:42 你高舉了他敵人的右手；你叫他一切的仇敵歡喜。
Thou hast set up the right hand of his adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.
89:43 你叫他的刀劍捲刃，叫他在爭戰之中站立不住。
Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.
89:44 你使他的光輝止息，將他的寶座推倒於地。
Thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground. glory: Heb. brightness
89:45 你減少他青年的日子，又使他蒙羞。（細拉）
The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with shame. Selah.
89:46 耶和華啊，這要到幾時呢？你要將自己隱藏到永遠嗎？你的忿怒如火焚燒要到幾時呢？
How long, LORD? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?
89:47 求你想念我的時候是何等的短少；你創造世人，要使他們歸何等的虛空呢？
Remember how short my time is: wherefore hast thou made all men in vain?
89:48 誰能常活免死、救他的靈魂脫離陰間的權柄呢？（細拉）
What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.
89:49 主啊，你從前憑你的信實向大衛立誓要施行的慈愛在哪裡呢？
Lord, where are thy former lovingkindnesses, which thou swarest unto David in thy truth?
89:50 主啊，求你記念僕人們所受的羞辱，記念我怎樣將一切強盛民的羞辱存在我懷裡。
Remember, Lord, the reproach of thy servants; how I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty people;
89:51 耶和華啊，你的仇敵用這羞辱羞辱了你的僕人，羞辱了你受膏者的腳蹤。
Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O LORD; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.
89:52 耶和華是應當稱頌的，直到永遠。阿們！阿們！
Blessed be the LORD for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
