經文: 路加福音 22:23-24 他們就彼此對問，是哪一個要做這事。門徒起了爭論，他們中間哪一個可算為大。
默想: 主耶穌在被門徒猶大出賣的那一夜，與門徒一起守逾越節的晚餐。這是主耶穌去世前最後的晚餐，也是最後的逾越節晚餐。因為在這個晚餐當中，主耶穌把逾越節晚餐記念耶和華拯救以色列祖先脫離埃及為奴之地的意義，轉化為主耶穌自己成為上帝的羔羊，為門徒犧牲生命，救贖門徒脫離罪惡的綑綁，門徒將永遠記念主耶穌這犧牲的愛的聖餐。最後的晚餐的氣氛是生離死別的哀傷，但是，我們卻看到，門徒彼此在自清，互相指責猜測誰才是出賣恩主的門徒。更讓我們不能瞭解的，是由於主耶穌提到上帝國的將要降臨，彼此之間為了在上帝國裡面的座位排序問題又起了爭議。這是何等讓主耶穌感到傷心的一件事。親愛的主啊！當我根隨你的腳蹤時，讓我能夠體貼你謙卑服侍、愛心犧牲的胸懷。
題目: 十字架的陰影已在眼前，門徒們卻還以「地上王國」的標準爭席位！主耶穌說：天國的標準與地上王國的標準不同，能坐在地上王國首席的那個位子上的人被稱「恩主」，但在天國能坐在那「恩主」之位的人，卻是服侍人的人才配得。(v24-30)
22:1 除酵節，又名逾越節，近了。
Now the feast of Unleavened Bread drew near, which is called the Passover.
22:2 祭司長和文士想法子怎麼才能殺害耶穌，是因他們懼怕百姓。
And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to put him to death; for they feared the people.
22:3 這時，撒但入了那稱為加略人猶大的心；他本是十二門徒裡的一個。
Then Satan entered into Judas called Iscariot, who was of the number of the twelve;
22:4 他去和祭司長並守殿官商量，怎麼可以把耶穌交給他們。
he went away and conferred with the chief priests and officers how he might betray him to them.
22:5 他們歡喜，就約定給他銀子。
And they were glad, and engaged to give him money.
22:6 他應允了，就找機會，要趁眾人不在跟前的時候把耶穌交給他們。
So he agreed, and sought an opportunity to betray him to them in the absence of the multitude.
22:7 除酵節，須宰逾越羊羔的那一天到了。
Then came the day of Unleavened Bread, on which the passover lamb had to be sacrificed.
22:8 耶穌打發彼得、約翰，說：你們去為我們預備逾越節的筵席，好叫我們吃。
So Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, "Go and prepare the passover for us, that we may eat it."
22:9 他們問他說：要我們在那裡預備？
They said to him, "Where will you have us prepare it?"
22:10 耶穌說：你們進了城，必有人拿著一瓶水迎面而來，你們就跟著他，到他所進的房子裡去，
He said to them, "Behold, when you have entered the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you; follow him into the house which he enters,
22:11 對那家的主人說：夫子說：客房在那裡？我與門徒好在那裡吃逾越節的筵席。
and tell the householder, `The Teacher says to you, Where is the guest room, where I am to eat the passover with my disciples?'
22:12 他必指給你們擺設整齊的一間大樓，你們就在那裡預備。
And he will show you a large upper room furnished; there make ready."
22:13 他們去了，所遇見的正如耶穌所說的；他們就預備了逾越節的筵席。
And they went, and found it as he had told them; and they prepared the passover.
22:14 時候到了，耶穌坐席，使徒也和他同坐。
And when the hour came, he sat at table, and the apostles with him.
22:15 耶穌對他們說：我很願意受害以先和你們吃這逾越節的筵席。
And he said to them, "I have earnestly desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer;
22:16 我告訴你們，我不再吃這筵席，直到成就在 神的國裡。
for I tell you I shall not eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God."
22:17 耶穌接過杯來，祝謝了，說：你們拿這個，大家分著喝。
And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he said, "Take this, and divide it among yourselves;
22:18 我告訴你們，從今以後，我不再喝這葡萄汁，直等 神的國來到。
for I tell you that from now on I shall not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes."
22:19 又拿起餅來，祝謝了，就擘開，遞給他們，說：這是我的身體，為你們捨的，你們也應當如此行，為的是記念我。
And he took bread, and when he had given thanks he broke it and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me."
22:20 飯後也照樣拿起杯來，說：這杯是用我血所立的新約，是為你們流出來的。
And likewise the cup after supper, saying, "This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.
22:21 看哪！那賣我之人的手與我一同在桌子上。
But behold the hand of him who betrays me is with me on the table.
22:22 人子固然要照所預定的去世，但賣人子的人有禍了！
For the Son of man goes as it has been determined; but woe to that man by whom he is betrayed!"
22:23 他們就彼此對問，是那一個要做這事。
And they began to question one another, which of them it was that would do this.
22:24 門徒起了爭論，他們中間那一個可算為大。
A dispute also arose among them, which of them was to be regarded as the greatest.
22:25 耶穌說：外邦人有君王為主治理他們，那掌權管他們的稱為恩主。
And he said to them, "The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and those in authority over them are called benefactors.
22:26 但你們不可這樣；你們裡頭為大的，倒要像年幼的；為首領的，倒要像服事人的。
But not so with you; rather let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves.
22:27 是誰為大？是坐席的呢？是服事人的呢？不是坐席的大嗎？然而，我在你們中間如同服事人的。
For which is the greater, one who sits at table, or one who serves? Is it not the one who sits at table? But I am among you as one who serves.
22:28 我在磨煉之中，常和我同在的就是你們。
"You are those who have continued with me in my trials;
22:29 我將國賜給你們，正如我父賜給我一樣，
and I assign to you, as my Father assigned to me, a kingdom,
22:30 叫你們在我國裡，坐在我的席上吃喝，並且坐在寶座上，審判以色列十二個支派。
that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
22:31 主又說：西門！西門！撒但想要得著你們，好篩你們像篩麥子一樣；
"Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat,
22:32 但我已經為你祈求，叫你不至於失了信心，你回頭以後，要堅固你的弟兄。
but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail; and when you have turned again, strengthen your brethren."
22:33 彼得說：主啊，我就是同你下監，同你受死，也是甘心！
And he said to him, "Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death."
22:34 耶穌說：彼得，我告訴你，今日雞還沒有叫，你要三次說不認得我。
He said, "I tell you, Peter, the cock will not crow this day, until you three times deny that you know me."
22:35 耶穌又對他們說：我差你們出去的時候，沒有錢囊，沒有口袋，沒有鞋，你們缺少甚麼沒有？他們說：沒有。
And he said to them, "When I sent you out with no purse or bag or sandals, did you lack anything?" They said, "Nothing."
22:36 耶穌說：但如今有錢囊的可以帶著，有口袋的也可以帶著，沒有刀的要賣衣服買刀。
He said to them, "But now, let him who has a purse take it, and likewise a bag. And let him who has no sword sell his mantle and buy one.
22:37 我告訴你們，經上寫著說：他被列在罪犯之中。這話必應驗在我身上；因為那關係我的事必然成就。
For I tell you that this scripture must be fulfilled in me, `And he was reckoned with transgressors'; for what is written about me has its fulfilment."
22:38 他們說：主啊，請看！這裡有兩把刀。耶穌說：夠了。
And they said, "Look, Lord, here are two swords." And he said to them, "It is enough."
22:39 耶穌出來，照常往橄欖山去，門徒也跟隨他。
And he came out, and went, as was his custom, to the Mount of Olives; and the disciples followed him.
22:40 到了那地方，就對他們說：你們要禱告，免得入了迷惑。
And when he came to the place he said to them, "Pray that you may not enter into temptation."
22:41 於是離開他們約有扔一塊石頭那麼遠，跪下禱告，
And he withdrew from them about a stone's throw, and knelt down and prayed,
22:42 說：父啊！你若願意，就把這杯撤去；然而，不要成就我的意思，只要成就你的意思。
"Father, if thou art willing, remove this cup from me; nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done."
22:43 有一位天使從天上顯現，加添他的力量。
22:44 耶穌極其傷痛，禱告更加懇切，汗珠如大血點滴在地上。
22:45 禱告完了，就起來，到門徒那裡，見他們因為憂愁都睡著了，
And when he rose from prayer, he came to the disciples and found them sleeping for sorrow,
22:46 就對他們說：你們為甚麼睡覺呢？起來禱告，免得入了迷惑！
and he said to them, "Why do you sleep? Rise and pray that you may not enter into temptation."
22:47 說話之間，來了許多人。那十二個門徒裡名叫猶大的，走在前頭，就近耶穌，要與他親嘴。
While he was still speaking, there came a crowd, and the man called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He drew near to Jesus to kiss him;
22:48 耶穌對他說：猶大！你用親嘴的暗號賣人子嗎？
but Jesus said to him, "Judas, would you betray the Son of man with a kiss?"
22:49 左右的人見光景不好，就說：主啊﹗我們拿刀砍可以不可以？
And when those who were about him saw what would follow, they said, "Lord, shall we strike with the sword?"
22:50 內中有一個人把大祭司的僕人砍了一刀，削掉了他的右耳。
And one of them struck the slave of the high priest and cut off his right ear.
22:51 耶穌說：到了這個地步，由他們吧！就摸那人的耳朵，把他治好了。
But Jesus said, "No more of this!" And he touched his ear and healed him.
22:52 耶穌對那些來拿他的祭司長和守殿官並長老說：你們帶著刀棒出來拿我，如同拿強盜嗎？
Then Jesus said to the chief priests and officers of the temple and elders, who had come out against him, "Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs?
22:53 我天天同你們在殿裡，你們不下手拿我。現在卻是你們的時候，黑暗掌權了。
When I was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness."
22:54 他們拿住耶穌，把他帶到大祭司的宅裡。彼得遠遠的跟著。
Then they seized him and led him away, bringing him into the high priest's house. Peter followed at a distance;
22:55 他們在院子裡生了火，一同坐著；彼得也坐在他們中間。
and when they had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat among them.
22:56 有一個使女看見彼得坐在火光裡，就定睛看他，說：這個人素來也是同那人一夥的。
Then a maid, seeing him as he sat in the light and gazing at him, said, "This man also was with him."
22:57 彼得卻不承認，說：女子，我不認得他。
But he denied it, saying, "Woman, I do not know him."
22:58 過了不多的時候，又有一個人看見他，說：你也是他們一黨的。彼得說：你這個人！我不是。
And a little later some one else saw him and said, "You also are one of them." But Peter said, "Man, I am not."
22:59 約過了一小時，又有一個人極力的說：他實在是同那人一夥的，因為他也是加利利人。
And after an interval of about an hour still another insisted, saying, "Certainly this man also was with him; for he is a Galilean."
22:60 彼得說：你這個人！我不曉得你說的是甚麼！正說話之間，雞就叫了。
But Peter said, "Man, I do not know what you are saying." And immediately, while he was still speaking, the cock crowed.
22:61 主轉過身來看彼得。彼得便想起主對他所說的話：今日雞叫以先，你要三次不認我。
And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said to him, "Before the cock crows today, you will deny me three times."
22:62 他就出去痛哭。
And he went out and wept bitterly.
22:63 看守耶穌的人戲弄他，打他，
Now the men who were holding Jesus mocked him and beat him;
22:64 又蒙著他的眼，問他說：你是先知，告訴我們打你的是誰？
they also blindfolded him and asked him, "Prophesy! Who is it that struck you?"
22:65 他們還用許多別的話辱罵他。
And they spoke many other words against him, reviling him.
22:66 天一亮，民間的眾長老連祭司長帶文士都聚會，把耶穌帶到他們的公會裡，
When day came, the assembly of the elders of the people gathered together, both chief priests and scribes; and they led him away to their council, and they said,
22:67 說：你若是基督，就告訴我們。耶穌說：我若告訴你們，你們也不信；
"If you are the Christ, tell us." But he said to them, "If I tell you, you will not believe;
22:68 我若問你們，你們也不回答。
and if I ask you, you will not answer.
22:69 從今以後，人子要坐在 神權能的右邊。
But from now on the Son of man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of God."
22:70 他們都說：這樣，你是 神的兒子嗎？耶穌說：你們所說的是。
And they all said, "Are you the Son of God, then?" And he said to them, "You say that I am."
22:71 他們說：何必再用見證呢？他親口所說的，我們都親自聽見了。
And they said, "What further testimony do we need? We have heard it ourselves from his own lips."

22:69 從今以後，人子要坐在 神權能的右邊。

22:70 他們都說：這樣，你是 神的兒子嗎？耶穌說：你們所說的是。
And they all said, "Are you the Son of God, then?" And he said to them, "You say that I am."
22:71 他們說：何必再用見證呢？他親口所說的，我們都親自聽見了。
And they said, "What further testimony do we need? We have heard it ourselves from his own lips."

「你們裡頭為大的，倒要像年幼的；為首領的，倒要像服事人的。是誰為大？是坐席的呢？是服事人的呢？不是坐席的大嗎？然而，我在你們中間如同服事人的」。（路22:26-27）
回覆刪除門徒一直在爭論彼此間的坐次，因為他們仍未能排除地上王國的意念。耶穌斷然的告訴他們，祂的國度的標準和地上的國度並不相同。地上君主是以他權力的大小來衡量高低。
耶穌說：『在我的國度裏，服事人的要比受服事的為大。能享有這頭銜的，不是君主，而是僕人。』耶穌論到真正為大的要如同服事人的。只有那些比別人更樂意服事人的，才可以真正升高。我們可以把生命建立在施與（giver），或是建立在領受（taker）之上。但事實顯明，如果我們把生命建立在領受方面，我們便會同時喪失了別人的友誼和上帝的獎賞，因為沒有人會喜歡只為自己打算的人。
求主幫助我們，學習主耶穌以『僕人的心志』來事奉，願意虛己、犧牲、樂意服事他人，忠心的擺上。
