經文: 馬可福音 3:4 又問眾人說：「在安息日行善行惡，救命害命，那樣是可以的呢？」他們都不作聲。
默想: 在這個安息日醫治枯手的人的事件當中，我們看到主耶穌基督對於舊約十誡的態度。摩西所頒布的十誡，只是簡單提到，要守安息日為聖日，什麼工都不可以做。法利賽人就發展出一套非常複雜的規條，來定義何種事情叫做做工，是安息日所禁止的。犯了安息日是唯一死刑的重罪。主耶穌為了糾正這種對於十誡從嚴詮釋的偏差，冒著被當眾用石頭打死的危險，故意在安息日當眾醫治了這位枯手的病人。主的愛心幫助這位枯手患者早日脫離疾病的困苦，主的勇氣挑戰法利賽人對於十誡律法從嚴詮釋的扭曲。求主幫助我，對於苦難中的弱勢族群有幫助他們的愛心，對於扭曲的信仰詮釋有挑戰的勇氣。
題目: 「凡遵行神旨意的人，就是我的弟兄姊妹和母親了」(34節)，耶穌說的這話是什麼意思？你有何想法？
Again he entered the synagogue, and a man was there who had a withered hand.
3:2 眾人窺探耶穌，在安息日醫治不醫治，意思是要控告耶穌。
And they watched him, to see whether he would heal him on the sabbath, so that they might accuse him.
3:3 耶穌對那枯乾一隻手的人說：起來，站在當中。
And he said to the man who had the withered hand, "Come here."
3:4 又問眾人說：在安息日行善行惡，救命害命，那樣是可以的呢？他們都不作聲。
And he said to them, "Is it lawful on the sabbath to do good or to do harm, to save life or to kill?" But they were silent.
3:5 耶穌怒目周圍看他們，憂愁他們的心剛硬，就對那人說：伸出手來！他把手一伸，手就復了原。
And he looked around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, and said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.
3:6 法利賽人出去，同希律一黨的人商議怎樣可以除滅耶穌。
The Pharisees went out, and immediately held counsel with the Hero'di-ans against him, how to destroy him.
3:7 耶穌和門徒退到海邊去，有許多人從加利利跟隨他。
Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea, and a great multitude from Galilee followed; also from Judea
3:8 還有許多人聽見他所做的大事，就從猶太、耶路撒冷、以土買、約旦河外，並泰爾、西頓的四方來到他那裡。
and Jerusalem and Idume'a and from beyond the Jordan and from about Tyre and Sidon a great multitude, hearing all that he did, came to him.
3:9 他因為人多，就吩咐門徒叫一隻小船伺候著，免得眾人擁擠他。
And he told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, lest they should crush him;
3:10 他治好了許多人，所以凡有災病的，都擠進來要摸他。
for he had healed many, so that all who had diseases pressed upon him to touch him.
3:11 污鬼無論何時看見他，就俯伏在他面前，喊著說：你是 神的兒子。
And whenever the unclean spirits beheld him, they fell down before him and cried out, "You are the Son of God."
3:12 耶穌再三的囑咐他們，不要把他顯露出來。
And he strictly ordered them not to make him known.
3:13 耶穌上了山，隨自己的意思叫人來；他們便來到他那裡。
And he went up on the mountain, and called to him those whom he desired; and they came to him.
3:14 他就設立十二個人，要他們常和自己同在，也要差他們去傳道，
And he appointed twelve, to be with him, and to be sent out to preach
3:15 並給他們權柄趕鬼。
and have authority to cast out demons:
3:16 這十二個人有西門─耶穌又給他起名叫彼得，
Simon whom he surnamed Peter;
3:17 還有西庇太的兒子雅各和雅各的兄弟約翰，又給這兩個人起名叫半尼其，就是雷子的意思，
James the son of Zeb'edee and John the brother of James, whom he surnamed Bo-aner'ges, that is, sons of thunder;
3:18 又有安得烈、腓力、巴多羅買、馬太、多馬、亞勒腓的兒子雅各、和達太，並奮銳黨的西門；
Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananaean,
3:19 還有賣耶穌的加略人猶大。
and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him. Then he went home;
3:20 耶穌進了一個屋子，眾人又聚集，甚至他連飯也顧不得吃。
and the crowd came together again, so that they could not even eat.
3:21 耶穌的親屬聽見，就出來要拉住他，因為他們說他癲狂了。
And when his family heard it, they went out to seize him, for people were saying, "He is beside himself."
3:22 從耶路撒冷下來的文士說：他是被別西卜附著；又說：他是靠著鬼王趕鬼。
And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Be-el'zebul, and by the prince of demons he casts out the demons."
3:23 耶穌叫他們來，用比喻對他們說：撒但怎能趕出撒但呢？
And he called them to him, and said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?
3:24 若一國自相紛爭，那國就站立不住；
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
3:25 若一家自相紛爭，那家就站立不住。
And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
3:26 若撒但自相攻打紛爭，他就站立不住，必要滅亡。
And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end.
3:27 沒有人能進壯士家裡，搶奪他的家具；必先捆住那壯士，才可以搶奪他的家。
But no one can enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man; then indeed he may plunder his house.
3:28 我實在告訴你們，世人一切的罪和一切褻瀆的話都可得赦免；
"Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;
3:29 凡褻瀆聖靈的，卻永不得赦免，乃要擔當永遠的罪。
but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin" --
3:30 這話是因為他們說：他是被污鬼附著的。
for they had said, "He has an unclean spirit."
3:31 當下，耶穌的母親和弟兄來，站在外邊，打發人去叫他。
And his mother and his brothers came; and standing outside they sent to him and called him.
3:32 有許多人在耶穌周圍坐著，他們就告訴他說：看哪，你母親和你弟兄在外邊找你。
And a crowd was sitting about him; and they said to him, "Your mother and your brothers are outside, asking for you."
3:33 耶穌回答說：誰是我的母親？誰是我的弟兄？
And he replied, "Who are my mother and my brothers?"
3:34 就四面觀看那周圍坐著的人，說：看哪，我的母親，我的弟兄。
And looking around on those who sat about him, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers!
3:35 凡遵行 神旨意的人就是我的弟兄姊妹和母親了。
Whoever does the will of God is my brother, and sister, and mother."
