經文: 申命記 3:26 但耶和華因你們的緣故向我發怒，不應允我，對我說：『罷了！你不要向我再提這事。
默想: 摩西在此似乎企圖將自己不能進入迦南的責任歸咎在以色列人的身上。但是我們知道，真正的原因是摩西沒有完全遵行耶和華的命令。耶和華要摩西拿著那根手杖，在以色列人面前吩咐磐石湧出活水來。摩西在盛怒之下，竟然忘記耶和華的命令，照著既往成功的經驗，拿起手杖，就擊打磐石兩下，還口出狂言說，是我讓水從磐石流出讓以色列人喝。耶和華向摩西與亞倫說，因為你們不信我，不在以色列人眼前尊我為聖，所以你們必不得領這會眾進我所賜給他們的地去。 (民20:12) 摩西在此卻想要把自己犯錯的事忽略不題，把責任推到以色列人身上。求主保守我，能夠常常自我反省，不要企圖將自己該負的責任轉嫁到別人身上，造成別人的罪惡感 (guilt trip)。
題目: 26-27節，摩西何以不能渡約但河進迦南？(參民20:10-12)，你有何看法與學習？
3:1 「以後，我們轉回，向巴珊去。巴珊王噩和他的眾民都出來，在以得來與我們交戰。
"Then we turned and went up the way to Bashan; and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Ed're-i.
3:2 耶和華對我說：『不要怕他！因我已將他和他的眾民，並他的地，都交在你手中；你要待他像從前待住希實本的亞摩利王西宏一樣。』
But the LORD said to me, `Do not fear him; for I have given him and all his people and his land into your hand; and you shall do to him as you did to Sihon the king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon.'
3:3 於是耶和華─我們的 神也將巴珊王噩和他的眾民都交在我們手中；我們殺了他們，沒有留下一個。
So the LORD our God gave into our hand Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people; and we smote him until no survivor was left to him.
3:4 那時，我們奪了他所有的城，共有六十座，沒有一座城不被我們所奪。這為亞珥歌伯的全境，就是巴珊地噩王的國。
And we took all his cities at that time -- there was not a city which we did not take from them -- sixty cities, the whole region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
3:5 這些城都有堅固的高牆，有門有閂。此外還有許多無城牆的鄉村。
All these were cities fortified with high walls, gates, and bars, besides very many unwalled villages.
3:6 我們將這些都毀滅了，像從前待希實本王西宏一樣，把有人煙的各城，連女人帶孩子，盡都毀滅；
And we utterly destroyed them, as we did to Sihon the king of Heshbon, destroying every city, men, women, and children.
3:7 惟有一切牲畜和城中的財物都取為自己的掠物。
But all the cattle and the spoil of the cities we took as our booty.
3:8 那時，我們從約旦河東兩個亞摩利王的手將亞嫩谷直到黑門山之地奪過來
So we took the land at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, from the valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon
3:9 （這黑門山，西頓人稱為西連，亞摩利人稱為示尼珥），
(the Sido'nians call Hermon Si'rion, while the Amorites call it Senir),
3:10 就是奪了平原的各城、基列全地、巴珊全地，直到撒迦和以得來，都是巴珊王噩國內的城邑。
all the cities of the tableland and all Gilead and all Bashan, as far as Sal'ecah and Ed're-i, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
3:11 （利乏音人所剩下的只有巴珊王噩。他的床是鐵的，長九肘，寬四肘，都是以人肘為度。現今豈不是在亞捫人的拉巴嗎？）」
(For only Og the king of Bashan was left of the remnant of the Reph'aim; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbah of the Ammonites? Nine cubits was its length, and four cubits its breadth, according to the common cubit.)
3:12 「那時，我們得了這地。從亞嫩谷邊的亞羅珥起，我將基列山地的一半，並其中的城邑，都給了流便人和迦得人。
"When we took possession of this land at that time, I gave to the Reubenites and the Gadites the territory beginning at Aro'er, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and half the hill country of Gilead with its cities;
3:13 其餘的基列地和巴珊全地，就是噩王的國，我給了瑪拿西半支派。亞珥歌伯全地乃是巴珊全地；這叫做利乏音人之地。
the rest of Gilead, and all Bashan, the kingdom of Og, that is, all the region of Argob, I gave to the half-tribe of Manas'seh. (The whole of that Bashan is called the land of Reph'aim.
3:14 瑪拿西的子孫睚珥佔了亞珥歌伯全境，直到基述人和瑪迦人的交界，就按自己的名稱這巴珊地為哈倭特•睚珥，直到今日。
Ja'ir the Manas'site took all the region of Argob, that is, Bashan, as far as the border of the Gesh'urites and the Ma-ac'athites, and called the villages after his own name, Hav'voth-ja'ir, as it is to this day.)
3:15 我又將基列給了瑪吉。
To Machir I gave Gilead,
3:16 從基列到亞嫩谷，以谷中為界，直到亞捫人交界的雅博河，我給了流便人和迦得人，
and to the Reubenites and the Gadites I gave the territory from Gilead as far as the valley of the Arnon, with the middle of the valley as a boundary, as far over as the river Jabbok, the boundary of the Ammonites;
3:17 又將亞拉巴和靠近約旦河之地，從基尼烈直到亞拉巴海，就是鹽海，並毘斯迦山根東邊之地，都給了他們。
the Arabah also, with the Jordan as the boundary, from Chin'nereth as far as the sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah on the east.
3:18 「那時，我吩咐你們說：『耶和華─你們的 神已將這地賜給你們為業；你們所有的勇士都要帶著兵器，在你們的弟兄以色列人前面過去。
"And I commanded you at that time, saying, `The LORD your God has given you this land to possess; all your men of valor shall pass over armed before your brethren the people of Israel.
3:19 但你們的妻子、孩子、牲畜（我知道你們有許多的牲畜）可以住在我所賜給你們的各城裡。
But your wives, your little ones, and your cattle (I know that you have many cattle) shall remain in the cities which I have given you,
3:20 等到你們弟兄在約旦河那邊，也得耶和華─你們 神所賜給他們的地，又使他們得享平安，與你們一樣，你們才可以回到我所賜給你們為業之地。』
until the LORD gives rest to your brethren, as to you, and they also occupy the land which the LORD your God gives them beyond the Jordan; then you shall return every man to his possession which I have given you.'
3:21 那時我吩咐約書亞說：『你親眼看見了耶和華─你 神向這二王所行的；耶和華也必向你所要去的各國照樣行。
And I commanded Joshua at that time, `Your eyes have seen all that the LORD your God has done to these two kings; so will the LORD do to all the kingdoms into which you are going over.
3:22 你不要怕他們，因那為你爭戰的是耶和華─你的 神。』」
You shall not fear them; for it is the LORD your God who fights for you.'
3:23 「那時，我懇求耶和華說：
"And I besought the LORD at that time, saying,
3:24 『主耶和華啊，你已將你的大力大能顯給僕人看。在天上，在地下，有甚麼 神能像你行事、像你有大能的作為呢？
`O Lord GOD, thou hast only begun to show thy servant thy greatness and thy mighty hand; for what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as thine?
3:25 求你容我過去，看約旦河那邊的美地，就是那佳美的山地和黎巴嫩。』
Let me go over, I pray, and see the good land beyond the Jordan, that goodly hill country, and Lebanon.'
3:26 但耶和華因你們的緣故向我發怒，不應允我，對我說：『罷了！你不要向我再題這事。
But the LORD was angry with me on your account, and would not hearken to me; and the LORD said to me, `Let it suffice you; speak no more to me of this matter.
3:27 你且上毘斯迦山頂去，向東、西、南、北舉目觀望，因為你必不能過這約旦河。
Go up to the top of Pisgah, and lift up your eyes westward and northward and southward and eastward, and behold it with your eyes; for you shall not go over this Jordan.
3:28 你卻要囑咐約書亞，勉勵他，使他膽壯；因為他必在這百姓前面過去，使他們承受你所要觀看之地。』
But charge Joshua, and encourage and strengthen him; for he shall go over at the head of this people, and he shall put them in possession of the land which you shall see.'
3:29 於是我們住在伯•毗珥對面的谷中。」
So we remained in the valley opposite Beth-pe'or.
"Then we turned and went up the way to Bashan; and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Ed're-i.
3:2 耶和華對我說：『不要怕他！因我已將他和他的眾民，並他的地，都交在你手中；你要待他像從前待住希實本的亞摩利王西宏一樣。』

在申命記裡摩西提了四次：耶和華為以色列人的緣故也向他發怒，不容他過約但河，也不容他進入耶和華所賜以色列人為業的迦南地。 (申 1：37、申3：23-28、申4：21-22、申32：48-52)，
回覆刪除摩西不能渡約但河進迦南, 不能領會眾進入應許之地的可能原因：
1） 摩西沒有聽從耶和華的吩咐，擅自作主，不信祂，想要把以色列人埋怨上帝，爭鬧的責任推到以色列人身上。當以色列全會眾到了尋的曠野，就住在加低斯, 會眾沒有水喝, 百姓向摩西爭鬧的時候，在以色列全會眾前吩咐磐石發出水來；反倒憑血氣地對背叛的人說：「你們要我們使水從這磐石中流出來嗎？」（"Listen now, you rebels; shall we bring forth water for you out of this rock?"）。(民 20:12)
2） 摩西違背了耶和華的命令，沒有在湧水之地、在以色列人眼前尊耶和華為聖。(民數記 27:14)
求主幫助我們，在眾人眼前尊上帝為聖、聽從上帝的吩咐、相信上帝、遵行上帝的命令、學習勇敢面對困難、負起責任，去做當作的事，靠著主所賜給沒每個人的恩賜，各盡其職，為要成全聖徒，建立基督的身體（以弗所 4:11 – 12節），來榮耀上帝。
