W5 2013-09-20 箴言28
28:1 惡人雖無人追趕也逃跑；義人卻膽壯像獅子。
28:2 邦國因有罪過，君王就多更換；因有聰明知識的人，國必長存。
28:3 窮人欺壓貧民，好像暴雨沖沒糧食。
28:4 違棄律法的，誇獎惡人；遵守律法的，卻與惡人相爭。
28:5 壞人不明白公義；惟有尋求耶和華的，無不明白。
28:6 行為純正的窮乏人勝過行事乖僻的富足人。
28:7 謹守律法的，是智慧之子；與貪食人作伴的，卻羞辱其父。
28:8 人以厚利加增財物，是給那憐憫窮人者積蓄的。
28:9 轉耳不聽律法的，他的祈禱也為可憎。
28:10 誘惑正直人行惡道的，必掉在自己的坑裡；惟有完全人必承受福分。
28:11 富足人自以為有智慧，但聰明的貧窮人能將他查透。
28:12 義人得志，有大榮耀；惡人興起，人就躲藏。
默想: 我們想，窮人應該懂得憐憫窮人，但是，常常不是這樣，如同耶穌曾經講過的一個比喻，那個欠了一千萬兩銀的人，卻不懂得如何去憐憫他的同伴。有沒有憐憫人的心，不一定和這個人是否富有相關。但是不論是富人或窮人，上帝都不要我們塞住對人憐憫的心。
對基督徒而言，不論處富足、或是處窮乏，我們相信，這一切都有主的安排，重要的是，我們在處豐盛或缺乏時，是否都靠主得了秘訣。窮乏不代表是上帝的咒詛，歷史上許多上帝忠心的僕人都是保持在簡僕的生活中。我們相信富裕「有可能」是上帝的祝福，上帝的確會通過財富來賜福某些人。但是，一個人在金錢上沒有得到上帝的賜福，絕對不能說他就不是一個合神心意的人。我們相信，不論貧窮或富足，最重要的是，我們都能學會感恩，並且在生活中，讚美榮耀上帝的名。

28:1 惡人雖無人追趕也逃跑；義人卻膽壯像獅子。
The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
28:2 邦國因有罪過，君王就多更換；因有聰明知識的人，國必長存。
For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged. by...: or, by men of understanding and wisdom shall they likewise be prolonged
28:3 窮人欺壓貧民，好像暴雨沖沒糧食。
A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food. which...: Heb. without food
28:4 違棄律法的，誇獎惡人；遵守律法的，卻與惡人相爭。
They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.
28:5 壞人不明白公義；惟有尋求耶和華的，無不明白。
Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things .
28:6 行為純正的窮乏人勝過行事乖僻的富足人。
Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.
28:7 謹守律法的，是智慧之子；與貪食人作伴的，卻羞辱其父。
Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father. is a companion...: or, feedeth gluttons
28:8 人以厚利加增財物，是給那憐憫窮人者積蓄的。
He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor. unjust...: Heb. by increase
28:9 轉耳不聽律法的，他的祈禱也為可憎。
He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
28:10 誘惑正直人行惡道的，必掉在自己的坑裡；惟有完全人必承受福分。
Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.
28:11 富足人自以為有智慧，但聰明的貧窮人能將他查透。
The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out. own...: Heb. eyes
28:12 義人得志，有大榮耀；惡人興起，人就躲藏。
When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden. hidden: or, sought for
28:13 遮掩自己罪過的，必不亨通；承認離棄罪過的，必蒙憐恤。
He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
28:14 常存敬畏的，便為有福；心存剛硬的，必陷在禍患裡。
Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.
28:15 暴虐的君王轄制貧民，好像吼叫的獅子、覓食的熊。
As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.
28:16 無知的君多行暴虐；以貪財為可恨的，必年長日久。
The prince that wanteth understanding is also a great oppressor: but he that hateth covetousness shall prolong his days.
28:17 背負流人血之罪的，必往坑裡奔跑，誰也不可攔阻他。
A man that doeth violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.
28:18 行動正直的，必蒙拯救；行事彎曲的，立時跌倒。
Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once.
28:19 耕種自己田地的，必得飽食；追隨虛浮的，足受窮乏。
He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough.
28:20 誠實人必多得福；想要急速發財的，不免受罰。
A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent. innocent: or, unpunished
28:21 看人的情面乃為不好；人因一塊餅枉法也為不好。
To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.
28:22 人有惡眼想要急速發財，卻不知窮乏必臨到他身。
He that hasteth to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him. hasteth...: or, hath and evil eye hasteth to be rich
28:23 責備人的，後來蒙人喜悅，多於那用舌頭諂媚人的。
He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue.
28:24 偷竊父母的，說：這不是罪，此人就是與強盜同類。
Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression; the same is the companion of a destroyer. a destroyer: Heb. a man destroying
28:25 心中貪婪的，挑起爭端；倚靠耶和華的，必得豐裕。
He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat.
28:26 心中自是的，便是愚昧人；憑智慧行事的，必蒙拯救。
He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.
28:27 賙濟貧窮的，不致缺乏；佯為不見的，必多受咒詛。
He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
28:28 惡人興起，人就躲藏；惡人敗亡，義人增多。
When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.
