W3 2013-05-15 (詩篇30-31)
31:1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長。）耶和華啊，我投靠你；求你使我永不羞愧；憑你的公義搭救我！
31:2 求你側耳而聽，快快救我！作我堅固的磐石，拯救我的保障！
31:3 因為你是我的巖石，我的山寨；所以，求你為你名的緣故引導我，指點我。
31:4 求你救我脫離人為我暗設的網羅，因為你是我的保障。
31:5 我將我的靈魂交在你手裡；耶和華誠實的 神啊，你救贖了我。
31:6 我恨惡那信奉虛無之 神的人；我卻倚靠耶和華。
31:7 我要為你的慈愛高興歡喜；因為你見過我的困苦，知道我心中的艱難。
31:8 你未曾把我交在仇敵手裡；你使我的腳站在寬闊之處。
默想:詩人向上帝陳述自己的苦情，他的生命正面對許多的難處，但是在這種情況下，詩人緊緊抓住神，呼求上帝的憐憫。詩人完全的投靠神，因為他相信上帝是施恩惠的上帝。上帝必然搭救他，成為他的堅固保障，同時也必引導他、救贖他，使他站在寬闊之地。
從詩人的經驗中，我們可以感受到，神是關心我們的上帝，祂垂聽我們的禱告，拯命我們脫離急難，照祂豐盛的慈愛拯我們。上帝不是自己過著滿足、聖潔的生活，而對我們的現況毫不關心。相反的，上帝是在乎我們的神，因為祂在意，所以他垂聽禱告。同時祂是公義的上帝，所以上帝照著他的公平來施行拯救。因為我們所認識的是這樣的上帝，所以，我們有信心，宣告耶和華保護誠實依靠祂的人，信靠上帝的人必不羞愧。
題目: 根據詩篇31篇，耶和華向投靠他的人，會施行那些恩惠呢？
30:1 （大衛在獻殿的時候，作這詩歌。）耶和華啊，我要尊崇你，因為你曾提拔我，不叫仇敵向我誇耀。
A Psalm and Song at the dedication of the house of David. I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
30:2 耶和華─我的 神啊，我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。
O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
30:3 耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來，使我存活，不至於下坑。
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
30:4 耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他，稱讚他可記念的聖名。
Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. at...: or, to the memorial
30:5 因為，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼。
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. his anger...: Heb. there is but a moment in his anger for a night: Heb. in the evening joy: Heb. singing
30:6 至於我，我凡事平順便說：我永不動搖。
And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
30:7 耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固；你掩了面，我就驚惶。
LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled. made...: Heb. settled strength for my mountain
30:8 耶和華啊，我曾求告你；我向耶和華懇求，說：
I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
30:9 我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實麼？
What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
30:10 耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！耶和華啊，求你幫助我！
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
30:11 你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞，將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂，
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
30:12 好叫我的靈（原文是榮耀）歌頌你，並不住聲。耶和華─我的 神啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！
To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. my glory: that is, my tongue, or, my soul
