62:1 （大衛的詩，照耶杜頓的作法，交與伶長。）我的心默默無聲，專等候　神；我的救恩是從他而來。
62:2 惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的高臺，我必不很動搖。
62:3 你們大家攻擊一人，把他毀壞，如同毀壞歪斜的牆、將倒的壁，要到幾時呢？
62:4 他們彼此商議，專要從他的尊位上把他推下；他們喜愛謊話，口雖祝福，心卻咒詛。（細拉）
62:5 我的心哪，你當默默無聲，專等候　神，因為我的盼望是從他而來。
62:6 惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的高臺，我必不動搖。
62:7 我的拯救、我的榮耀都在乎　神；我力量的磐石、我的避難所都在乎　神。
62:8 你們眾民當時時倚靠他，在他面前傾心吐意；　神是我們的避難所。（細拉）
62:9 下流人真是虛空；上流人也是虛假；放在天平裡就必浮起；他們一共比空氣還輕。
62:10 不要仗勢欺人，也不要因搶奪而驕傲；若財寶加增，不要放在心上。
62:11 　神說了一次、兩次，我都聽見：就是能力都屬乎　神。
62:12 主啊，慈愛也是屬乎你，因為你照著各人所行的報應他。

默想: 詩人說：「我的心默默無聲」這個時候，並不是因為詩人的心中充滿平靜安穩。相反的這時詩人的心因被人攻擊、陷害。在正常的情況下，應當是生氣、不平、怨恨，俗語說「凡物不平則鳴」正是這種狀況。事實上，保持心中默默無聲不是一個容易達到的狀態，能夠默然無聲的人，很重要的是他的心專注在上帝。當我們的心保持默然無聲，我們才能夠更專注地聆聽上帝。我們雖然看不見祂，但是我們知道祂聽我們的說話。所以，在世局最混亂，最悲觀的時候，我們卻得以默然無聲，來到祂的面前。因為「惟獨祂是我的磐石、我的拯救；他是我的高臺，我必不動搖。」

題目: 根據詩篇六十二篇，大衛在何情況之下默然無聲，專等候神呢？

 

60:1 （大衛與兩河間的亞蘭並瑣巴的亞蘭爭戰的時候，約押轉回，在鹽谷攻擊以東，殺了一萬二千人。那時，大衛作這金詩叫人學習，交與伶長。調用為證的百合花。）　神啊，你丟棄了我們，使我們破敗；你向我們發怒，求你使我們復興！
To the chief Musician upon Shushaneduth, Michtam of David, to teach; when he strove with Aramnaharaim and with Aramzobah, when Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the valley of salt twelve thousand. O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again. Michtam: or, A golden Psalm scattered: Heb. broken
60:2 你使地震動，而且崩裂；求你將裂口醫好，因為地搖動。
Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.
60:3 你叫你的民遇見艱難；你叫我們喝那使人東倒西歪的酒。
Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.
60:4 你把旌旗賜給敬畏你的人，可以為真理揚起來。（細拉）
Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.
60:5 求你應允我們，用右手拯救我們，好叫你所親愛的人得救。
That thy beloved may be delivered; save with thy right hand, and hear me.
60:6 　神已經指著他的聖潔說（說：或譯應許我）：我要歡樂；我要分開示劍，丈量疏割谷。
God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
60:7 基列是我的，瑪拿西也是我的。以法蓮是護衛我頭的；猶大是我的杖。
Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;
60:8 摩押是我的沐浴盆；我要向以東拋鞋。非利士啊，你還能因我歡呼嗎？
Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me. triumph...: or, triumph thou over me: (by an irony)
60:9 誰能領我進堅固城？誰能引我到以東地？
Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom? strong...: Heb. city of strength?
60:10 　神啊，你不是丟棄了我們嗎？　神啊，你不和我們的軍兵同去嗎？
Wilt not thou, O God, which hadst cast us off? and thou , O God, which didst not go out with our armies?
60:11 求你幫助我們攻擊敵人，因為人的幫助是枉然的。
Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. help of man: Heb. salvation, etc
60:12 我們倚靠　神才得施展大能，因為踐踏我們敵人的就是他。
Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.

61:1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長。用絲弦的樂器。）　神啊，求你聽我的呼求，側耳聽我的禱告！
To the chief Musician upon Neginah, A Psalm of David. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.
61:2 我心裡發昏的時候，我要從地極求告你。求你領我到那比我更高的磐石！
From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
61:3 因為你作過我的避難所，作過我的堅固臺，脫離仇敵。
For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
61:4 我要永遠住在你的帳幕裡！我要投靠在你翅膀下的隱密處！（細拉）
I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah. trust: or, make my refuge
61:5 　神啊，你原是聽了我所許的願；你將產業賜給敬畏你名的人。
For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.
61:6 你要加添王的壽數；他的年歲必存到世世。
Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations. Thou...: Heb. Thou shalt add days to the days of the king as...: Heb. as generation and generation
61:7 他必永遠坐在　神面前；願你預備慈愛和誠實保佑他！
He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.
61:8 這樣，我要歌頌你的名，直到永遠，好天天還我所許的願。
So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David. Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. Truly: or, Only waiteth: Heb. is silent
62:2 惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的高臺，我必不很動搖。
He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. defence: Heb. high place
62:3 你們大家攻擊一人，把他毀壞，如同毀壞歪斜的牆、將倒的壁，要到幾時呢？
How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.

They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah. inwardly: Heb. in their inward parts
62:5 我的心哪，你當默默無聲，專等候　神，因為我的盼望是從他而來。
My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
62:6 惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的高臺，我必不動搖。
He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
62:7 我的拯救、我的榮耀都在乎　神；我力量的磐石、我的避難所都在乎　神。
In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
62:8 你們眾民當時時倚靠他，在他面前傾心吐意；　神是我們的避難所。（細拉）
Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
62:9 下流人真是虛空；上流人也是虛假；放在天平裡就必浮起；他們一共比空氣還輕。
Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity. altogether: or, alike
62:10 不要仗勢欺人，也不要因搶奪而驕傲；若財寶加增，不要放在心上。
Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them .
62:11 　神說了一次、兩次，我都聽見：就是能力都屬乎　神。
God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. power: or, strength
62:12 主啊，慈愛也是屬乎你，因為你照著各人所行的報應他。

59:3 因為，他們埋伏要害我的命；有能力的人聚集來攻擊我。耶和華啊，這不是為我的過犯，也不是為我的罪愆。
59:4 我雖然無過，他們預備整齊，跑來攻擊我。求你興起鑒察，幫助我！
59:5 萬軍之　神─耶和華以色列的　神啊！求你興起，懲治萬邦！不要憐憫行詭詐的惡人！（細拉）
59:6 他們晚上轉回，叫號如狗，圍城繞行。
59:7 他們口中噴吐惡言，嘴裡有刀；他們說：有誰聽見？

59:15 他們必走來走去，尋找食物，若不得飽就終夜在外。
59:16 但我要歌頌你的力量，早晨要高唱你的慈愛；因為你作過我的高臺，在我急難的日子作過我的避難所。
59:17 我的力量啊，我要歌頌你；因為　神是我的高臺，是賜恩與我的　神。


默想: 傳統上認為這篇詩篇是在描述掃羅謀害大衛之際，大衛情急中向上帝的禱告。我們看到這首詩，大衛形容掃羅是「作孽的人」、「喜愛流人血的人」，他們「埋伏要害我的命」「聚集起來攻擊我」。又形容他們「叫號如狗」「口中噴吐惡言，嘴�有刀」。這些話語，句句都是大衛在上帝的面前有力的控訴掃羅。
與我們印象中不同的是，大衛不是很尊敬掃羅嗎？稱他是上帝的受膏者，所以大衛不忍下手攻擊他。在此我們看見的是，大衛將他的愁苦交給上帝，他內心中的委曲、怨恨乃是向上帝陳明，而不是向掃羅發洩。這也是一個值得我們學習的功課，許多時候，我們將心中的不滿、憤恨向我們週遭的人發洩，而不是帶到上帝的面前，其結果就是形成一次又一次的衝突，關係的破壞。大衛所做的提醒我們一件事，將我們的情緒交給上帝，上帝也是聽人發怨言的上帝哦！在我們向上帝發怨言之時，有可能我們的情緒、眼光就跟著改變，如同大衛的詩最後以歌頌上帝的慈愛為結束，而不是以發洩怒氣為結束。

題目: 詩篇五十九篇中，大衛如何描述他的敵人，你對此有何感想呢？

 

57:1 （大衛逃避掃羅，藏在洞裡。那時，他作這金詩，交與伶長。調用休要毀壞。）　神啊，求你憐憫我，憐憫我！因為我的心投靠你。我要投靠在你翅膀的蔭下，等到災害過去。
To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave. Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. 57:2 我要求告至高的　神，就是為我成全諸事的　神。
I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.
57:3 那要吞我的人辱罵我的時候，　神從天上必施恩救我，也必向我發出慈愛和誠實。
He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth. from the...: or, he reproacheth him that
57:4 我的性命在獅子中間；我躺臥在性如烈火的世人當中。他們的牙齒是槍、箭；他們的舌頭是快刀。
My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
57:5 　神啊，願你崇高過於諸天！願你的榮耀高過全地！
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth.
57:6 他們為我的腳設下網羅，壓制我的心；他們在我面前挖了坑，自己反掉在其中。（細拉）
They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves . Selah.

The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. as soon...: Heb. from the belly
58:4 他們的毒氣好像蛇的毒氣；他們好像塞耳的聾虺，
Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear; like the poison: Heb. according to the likeness, etc adder: or, asp
58:5 不聽行法術的聲音，雖用極靈的咒語也是不聽。
Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely. charming...: or, be the charmer never so cunning

Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD.

Let them melt away as waters which run continually: when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows, let them be as cut in pieces.

59:2 求你救我脫離作孽的人和喜愛流人血的人！
Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men.
59:3 因為，他們埋伏要害我的命；有能力的人聚集來攻擊我。耶和華啊，這不是為我的過犯，也不是為我的罪愆。
For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O LORD.

They run and prepare themselves without my fault: awake to help me, and behold. help: Heb. meet

Thou therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah.

But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.
59:9 我的力量啊，我必仰望你，因為　神是我的高臺。
Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence. defence: Heb. high place
59:10 我的　神要以慈愛迎接我；　神要叫我看見我仇敵遭報。
The God of my mercy shall prevent me: God shall let me see my desire upon mine enemies. enemies: Heb. observers
59:11 不要殺他們，恐怕我的民忘記。主啊，你是我們的盾牌；求你用你的能力使他們四散，且降為卑。
Slay them not, lest my people forget: scatter them by thy power; and bring them down, O Lord our shield.
59:12 因他們口中的罪和嘴裡的言語，並咒罵虛謊的話，願他們在驕傲之中被纏住了。
For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they speak.

Consume them in wrath, consume them , that they may not be : and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob unto the ends of the earth. Selah.

And at evening let them return; and let them make a noise like a dog, and go round about the city.
59:15 他們必走來走去，尋找食物，若不得飽就終夜在外。
Let them wander up and down for meat, and grudge if they be not satisfied. for meat: Heb. to eat and grudge...: or, if they be not satisfied, then they will stay all night
59:16 但我要歌頌你的力量，早晨要高唱你的慈愛；因為你作過我的高臺，在我急難的日子作過我的避難所。
But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble.
59:17 我的力量啊，我要歌頌你；因為　神是我的高臺，是賜恩與我的　神。
Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing: for God is my defence, and the God of my mercy.

55:2 求你側耳聽我，應允我。我哀歎不安，發聲唉哼，
55:3 都因仇敵的聲音，惡人的欺壓；因為他們將罪孽加在我身上，發怒氣逼迫我。
55:4 我心在我裡面甚是疼痛；死的驚惶臨到我身。
55:5 恐懼戰兢歸到我身；驚恐漫過了我。
55:6 我說：但願我有翅膀像鴿子，我就飛去，得享安息。

55:19 那沒有更變、不敬畏　神的人，從太古常存的　神必聽見而苦待他。
55:20 他背了約，伸手攻擊與他和好的人。
55:21 他的口如奶油光滑，他的心卻懷著爭戰；他的話比油柔和，其實是拔出來的刀。
55:22 你要把你的重擔卸給耶和華，他必撫養你；他永不叫義人動搖。
55:23 　神啊，你必使惡人下入滅亡的坑；流人血、行詭詐的人必活不到半世，但我要倚靠你。

默想: 從這經文的內容來看，這篇詩篇所描述的同伴、知已的朋友，很可能是亞希多弗，這位大衛第一謀士。當大衛的兒子押沙龍叛變時，亞希多弗出乎意外地選擇背叛加入押沙龍。(原因很可能是因為亞希多弗是拔示巴的祖父，撒下十一3；二十三34)

本來是我們最要好的朋友，是我們知心的夥伴，也是我們無話不說的知心密友，如今卻起來反叛。如果這樣的事發生在我們的身上，我想我們也會深受打擊的！
題目: 根據詩篇五十五篇，大衛的仇敵如何讓他受苦呢？

 

55:1 （大衛的訓誨詩，交與伶長。用絲弦的樂器。）　神啊，求你留心聽我的禱告，不要隱藏不聽我的懇求！
To the chief Musician on Neginoth, Maschil, A Psalm of David. Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication. chief...: or, overseer Maschil: or, of instruction
55:2 求你側耳聽我，應允我。我哀歎不安，發聲唉哼，
Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
55:3 都因仇敵的聲音，惡人的欺壓；因為他們將罪孽加在我身上，發怒氣逼迫我。
Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
55:4 我心在我裡面甚是疼痛；死的驚惶臨到我身。
My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
55:5 恐懼戰兢歸到我身；驚恐漫過了我。

51:18 求你隨你的美意善待錫安，建造耶路撒冷的城牆。
51:19 那時，你必喜愛公義的祭和燔祭並全牲的燔祭；那時，人必將公牛獻在你壇上。

默想: 罪會帶給人快樂，但是犯罪卻也帶給人內裡的痛苦。大衛說「我知道我的過犯，我的罪常在我面前」(3)這表明了，大衛在犯罪後，內心其實是沒有平安的。犯罪的快樂過後，他的內心其實是滿滿的不安。
另外，大衛犯罪之後，他認為最重要的是，他得罪了上帝，所以他說，「我向你犯罪，惟獨得罪你」我們的罪行不單傷害了別人，也得罪了上帝。因為罪的本質就是輕慢神的。
同時大衛也知道，他這次的犯罪並不是偶然，而是顯示出人類的生命中，犯罪乃是一種本質，所以大衛說「我是在罪孽�生的，在我母親懷胎的時候，就有了罪。」由此可見，犯罪並非出於偶然，而是我們生命中的本質。
大衛雖然犯罪，但是他誠心地求神赦罪，求神為他造清潔的心。他知道真實、謙卑的悔改，上帝必然赦免，所以大衛說「上帝所要的祭就是憂傷的靈；上帝啊！憂傷痛悔的心，你必不輕看。」求神幫助我們，當我們軟弱犯罪後，最重要的是謙卑、憂傷地來到上帝的面前承認自己的罪，好讓我們與上帝能重新回復關係。

題目: 詩篇五十一篇是大衛犯大罪之後的禱告，你對此禱告有何感想呢？

 

51:1 （大衛與拔示巴同室以後，先知拿單來見他；他作這詩，交與伶長。）　神啊，求你按你的慈愛憐恤我！按你豐盛的慈悲塗抹我的過犯！
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
51:2 求你將我的罪孽洗除淨盡，並潔除我的罪！
Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
51:3 因為，我知道我的過犯；我的罪常在我面前。
For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

50:1 （亞薩的詩。）大能者　神─耶和華已經發言招呼天下，從日出之地到日落之處。
50:2 從全美的錫安中，　神已經發光了。
50:3 我們的　神要來，決不閉口。有烈火在他面前吞滅；有暴風在他四圍大颳。
50:4 他招呼上天下地，為要審判他的民，
50:5 說：招聚我的聖民到我這裡來，就是那些用祭物與我立約的人。
50:6 諸天必表明他的公義，因為　神是施行審判的。（細拉）
50:7 我的民哪，你們當聽我的話！以色列啊，我要勸戒你；我是　神，是你的　神！
50:8 我並不因你的祭物責備你；你的燔祭常在我面前。
50:9 我不從你家中取公牛，也不從你圈內取山羊；
50:10 因為，樹林中的百獸是我的，千山上的牲畜也是我的。
50:11 山中的飛鳥，我都知道；野地的走獸也都屬我。
50:12 我若是飢餓，我不用告訴你，因為世界和其中所充滿的都是我的。
50:13 我豈吃公牛的肉呢？我豈喝山羊的血呢？
50:14 你們要以感謝為祭獻與　神，又要向至高者還你的願，
50:15 並要在患難之日求告我；我必搭救你，你也要榮耀我。 

默想: 這首詩提醒我們，我們的上帝並不缺什麼，所以我們無法因為獻上什麼好物來打動祂，祂也不是因為祭物而來悅納我們。上帝誠然要我們帶著祭物來到祂的面前獻上為祭，但是重要的是獻祭者的態度。我們的態度比我們的祭物更重要，上帝所喜悅的是獻祭者，用感謝謙卑的心來獻祭。
另外一點這首詩提醒我們，我們的生活、行為比我們的獻祭更重要，一個樂於與強盜同夥、與姦淫有分、口任說惡言等其他惡行惡事的人，他們的所做是要被上帝所責備的。上帝是公義良善的，所以，敬拜祂的人，也要學習在生活中，活出公義良善。

題目: 根據詩篇五十篇，神所喜悅的並不是燔祭，請問神所喜悅的為何？

Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
48:3 　神在其宮中，自顯為避難所。
God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
48:4 看哪，眾王會合，一同經過。
For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.
48:5 他們見了這城就驚奇喪膽，急忙逃跑。
They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.

46:2 所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，
46:3 其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰抖，我們也不害怕。（細拉）
46:4 有一道河，這河的分汊使　神的城歡喜；這城就是至高者居住的聖所。
46:5 　神在其中，城必不動搖；到天一亮，　神必幫助這城。
46:6 外邦喧嚷，列國動搖；　神發聲，地便鎔化。

默想: 詩人相信，上帝是我們的幫助。無論在任何的情況下，上帝都是我們的依靠，特別是在環境最糟的時候。所以當一切都變得不在我們的掌控之際，從客觀的環境來看，是最為不利之時，我們需要把眼光從自己轉向上帝。因為，在最困難的時刻，上帝仍然掌權。
我們不要因環境困難而害怕緊張，因為上帝與我們同在。我們所要做的是，休息、確信上帝是上帝。在祂沒有難成的事，祂是我們的避難所。
