全新四年樂活讀經
經文: 歷代志下 30:19-20 以法蓮、瑪拿西、以薩迦、西布倫有許多人尚未自潔，他們卻也吃逾越節的羊羔，不合所記錄的定例。希西家為他們禱告說：「凡專心尋求神，就是耶和華他列祖之神的，雖不照著聖所潔淨之禮自潔，求至善的耶和華也饒恕他。」耶和華垂聽希西家的禱告，就饒恕（原文作醫治）百姓。
默想: 這是當年北國以色列首位國王耶羅波安王所擔心的事情，就是北國的以色列民可能又跑到南國猶大的耶路撒冷敬拜耶和華。耶羅波安王所採取的策略，是在北國以色列的南北兩大城市，北邊的但，以及南邊鄰近耶路撒冷的伯特利，設立金牛犢，讓北國以色列人祭拜 (王上12:26-33)，如此，導致北國以色列人民長期祭拜偶像，招致耶和華的忿怒與審判，最後亡國於亞述。希西家王為了恢復對耶和華的敬拜，書寫邀請函，派遣驛卒，從但到別是巴，廣為邀請所有以色列與猶大的百姓，一起前來耶路撒冷守逾越節。這些驛卒在北國以色列許多地方，遭遇到北國以色列民的戲笑與譏誚，但是，我們也看到，有不少來自以法蓮、瑪拿西、以薩迦、西布倫的北國以色列人，接受邀請，南下到耶路撒冷，參加這個好久都沒有舉行的逾越節慶典。求主幫助我們，能夠克服個人的利益考慮，而鼓勵更多的人，一起來敬拜侍奉上帝。
題目: 希西家王為了那些沒有潔淨自己，就吃了逾越節羊羔的百姓代禱，上主就饒恕了他們。(v18-20)試想，我們是否能像希西家一樣，成為百姓的代禱者？
30:1 希西家差遣人去見以色列和猶大眾人，又寫信給以法蓮和瑪拿西人，叫他們到耶路撒冷耶和華的殿，向耶和華─以色列的 神守逾越節；
Hezeki'ah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to E'phraim and Manas'seh, that they should come to the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, to keep the passover to the LORD the God of Israel.
30:2 因為王和眾首領，並耶路撒冷全會眾已經商議，要在二月內守逾越節。
For the king and his princes and all the assembly in Jerusalem had taken counsel to keep the passover in the second month --
30:3 正月【原文作那時】間他們不能守；因為自潔的祭司尚不敷用，百姓也沒有聚集在耶路撒冷；
for they could not keep it in its time because the priests had not sanctified themselves in sufficient number, nor had the people assembled in Jerusalem --
30:4 王與全會眾都以這事為善。
and the plan seemed right to the king and all the assembly.
30:5 於是定了命令，傳遍以色列，從別是巴直到但，使他們都來，在耶路撒冷向耶和華─以色列的 神守逾越節；因為照所寫的例，守這節的不多了【或作因為民許久沒有照所寫的例守節了】。
So they decreed to make a proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beer-sheba to Dan, that the people should come and keep the passover to the LORD the God of Israel, at Jerusalem; for they had not kept it in great numbers as prescribed.
30:6 驛卒就把王和眾首領的信，遵著王命傳遍以色列和猶大。信內說：「以色列人哪，你們當轉向耶和華─亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的 神，好叫他轉向你們這脫離亞述王手的餘民。
So couriers went throughout all Israel and Judah with letters from the king and his princes, as the king had commanded, saying, "O people of Israel, return to the LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, that he may turn again to the remnant of you who have escaped from the hand of the kings of Assyria.
30:7 你們不要效法你們列祖和你們的弟兄；他們干犯耶和華─他們列祖的 神，以致耶和華丟棄他們，使他們敗亡【或作令人驚駭】，正如你們所見的。
Do not be like your fathers and your brethren, who were faithless to the LORD God of their fathers, so that he made them a desolation, as you see.
30:8 現在不要像你們列祖硬著頸項，只要歸順耶和華，進入他的聖所，就是永遠成聖的居所；又要事奉耶和華─你們的 神，好使他的烈怒轉離你們。
Do not now be stiff-necked as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the LORD, and come to his sanctuary, which he has sanctified for ever, and serve the LORD your God, that his fierce anger may turn away from you.
30:9 你們若轉向耶和華，你們的弟兄和兒女必在擄掠他們的人面前蒙憐恤，得以歸回這地，因為耶和華─你們的 神有恩典、施憐憫。你們若轉向他，他必不轉臉不顧你們。」
For if you return to the LORD, your brethren and your children will find compassion with their captors, and return to this land. For the LORD your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if you return to him."
30:10 驛卒就由這城跑到那城，傳遍了以法蓮、瑪拿西，直到西布倫。那裡的人卻戲笑他們，譏誚他們。
So the couriers went from city to city through the country of E'phraim and Manas'seh, and as far as Zeb'ulun; but they laughed them to scorn, and mocked them.
30:11 然而亞設、瑪拿西、西布倫中也有人自卑，來到耶路撒冷。
Only a few men of Asher, of Manas'seh, and of Zeb'ulun humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem.
30:12 神也感動猶大人，使他們一心遵行王與眾首領憑耶和華之言所發的命令。
The hand of God was also upon Judah to give them one heart to do what the king and the princes commanded by the word of the LORD.
30:13 二月，有許多人在耶路撒冷聚集，成為大會，要守除酵節。
And many people came together in Jerusalem to keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very great assembly.
30:14 他們起來，把耶路撒冷的祭壇和燒香的壇盡都除去，拋在汲淪溪中。
They set to work and removed the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for burning incense they took away and threw into the Kidron valley.
30:15 二月十四日，宰了逾越節的羊羔。祭司與利未人覺得慚愧，就潔淨自己，把燔祭奉到耶和華殿中，
And they killed the passover lamb on the fourteenth day of the second month. And the priests and the Levites were put to shame, so that they sanctified themselves, and brought burnt offerings into the house of the LORD.
30:16 遵著神人摩西的律法，照例站在自己的地方；祭司從利未人手裡接過血來，灑在壇上。
They took their accustomed posts according to the law of Moses the man of God; the priests sprinkled the blood which they received from the hand of the Levites.
30:17 會中有許多人尚未自潔，所以利未人為一切不潔之人宰逾越節的羊羔，使他們在耶和華面前成為聖潔。
For there were many in the assembly who had not sanctified themselves; therefore the Levites had to kill the passover lamb for every one who was not clean, to make it holy to the LORD.
30:18 以法蓮、瑪拿西、以薩迦、西布倫有許多人尚未自潔，他們卻也吃逾越節的羔羊，不合所記錄的定例。希西家為他們禱告說：「凡專心尋求 神，就是耶和華─他列祖之 神的，雖不照著聖所潔淨之禮自潔，求至善的耶和華也饒恕他。」
For a multitude of the people, many of them from E'phraim, Manas'seh, Is'sachar, and Zeb'ulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet they ate the passover otherwise than as prescribed. For Hezeki'ah had prayed for them, saying, "The good LORD pardon every one
30:19 併於上節
who sets his heart to seek God, the LORD the God of his fathers, even though not according to the sanctuary's rules of cleanness."
30:20 耶和華垂聽希西家的禱告，就饒恕【原文作醫治】百姓。
And the LORD heard Hezeki'ah, and healed the people.
30:21 在耶路撒冷的以色列人大大喜樂，守除酵節七日。利未人和祭司用響亮的樂器，日日頌讚耶和華。
And the people of Israel that were present at Jerusalem kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with great gladness; and the Levites and the priests praised the LORD day by day, singing with all their might to the LORD.
30:22 希西家慰勞一切善於事奉耶和華的利未人。於是眾人吃節筵七日，又獻平安祭，且向耶和華─他們列祖的 神認罪。
And Hezeki'ah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites who showed good skill in the service of the LORD. So the people ate the food of the festival for seven days, sacrificing peace offerings and giving thanks to the LORD the God of their fathers.
30:23 全會眾商議，要再守節七日；於是歡歡喜喜地又守節七日。
Then the whole assembly agreed together to keep the feast for another seven days; so they kept it for another seven days with gladness.
30:24 猶大王希西家賜給會眾公牛一千隻，羊七千隻為祭物；眾首領也賜給會眾公牛一千隻，羊一萬隻，並有許多的祭司潔淨自己。
For Hezeki'ah king of Judah gave the assembly a thousand bulls and seven thousand sheep for offerings, and the princes gave the assembly a thousand bulls and ten thousand sheep. And the priests sanctified themselves in great numbers.
30:25 猶大全會眾、祭司、利未人，並那從以色列地來的會眾和寄居的人，以及猶大寄居的人，盡都喜樂。
The whole assembly of Judah, and the priests and the Levites, and the whole assembly that came out of Israel, and the sojourners who came out of the land of Israel, and the sojourners who dwelt in Judah, rejoiced.
30:26 這樣，在耶路撒冷大有喜樂，自從以色列王大衛兒子所羅門的時候，在耶路撒冷沒有這樣的喜樂。
So there was great joy in Jerusalem, for since the time of Solomon the son of David king of Israel there had been nothing like this in Jerusalem.
30:27 那時，祭司、利未人起來，為民祝福。他們的聲音蒙 神垂聽，他們的禱告達到天上的聖所。
Then the priests and the Levites arose and blessed the people, and their voice was heard, and their prayer came to his holy habitation in heaven.
