經文: 民數記 10:8-10 亞倫子孫作祭司的要吹這號；這要作你們世世代代永遠的定例。你們在自己的地，與欺壓你們的敵人打仗，就要用號吹出大聲，便在耶和華你們的神面前得蒙紀念，也蒙拯救脫離仇敵。在你們快樂的日子和節期，並月朔，獻燔祭和平安祭，也要吹號，這都要在你們的神面前作為紀念。我是耶和華你們的神。
默想: 耶和華為了讓摩西能夠有效的帶領這龐大以色列會眾走過曠野，交待摩西要用銀打造出兩隻號角。當雲彩上升時，要吹號讓以色列人知道應當拔營起行。當遭遇敵人來攻擊時，也要吹出大聲號角，蒙耶和華垂聽與幫助。當快樂守節時，還是吹號，向耶和華表達感恩與讚美。如此看來，號角就像我們的禱告一樣。我們生活中的起居住行，都要常常禱告求上帝帶領。當我們遭遇仇敵攻擊時，也是大聲禱告，祈求上帝的保護與照顧。當我們平安快樂時，也要以禱告，把我們的感恩與敬拜，呈獻在主的面前。求主幫助我，不論遭遇何種處境與心境，我都會常常以禱告，與神保持密切的關係與互動。
題目: v.30-32 摩西如何面對何巴拒絕同行、回本地本族。摩西的態度為何？你有何學習?
10:1 耶和華曉諭摩西說：
The LORD said to Moses,
10:2 「你要用銀子做兩枝號，都要錘出來的，用以招聚會眾，並叫眾營起行。
"Make two silver trumpets; of hammered work you shall make them; and you shall use them for summoning the congregation, and for breaking camp.
10:3 吹這號的時候，全會眾要到你那裡，聚集在會幕門口。
And when both are blown, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
10:4 若單吹一枝，眾首領，就是以色列軍中的統領，要聚集到你那裡。
But if they blow only one, then the leaders, the heads of the tribes of Israel, shall gather themselves to you.
10:5 吹出大聲的時候，東邊安的營都要起行。
When you blow an alarm, the camps that are on the east side shall set out.
10:6 二次吹出大聲的時候，南邊安的營都要起行。他們將起行，必吹出大聲。
And when you blow an alarm the second time, the camps that are on the south side shall set out. An alarm is to be blown whenever they are to set out.
10:7 但招聚會眾的時候，你們要吹號，卻不要吹出大聲。
But when the assembly is to be gathered together, you shall blow, but you shall not sound an alarm.
10:8 亞倫子孫作祭司的要吹這號；這要作你們世世代代永遠的定例。
And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the trumpets. The trumpets shall be to you for a perpetual statute throughout your generations.
10:9 你們在自己的地，與欺壓你們的敵人打仗，就要用號吹出大聲，便在耶和華─你們的 神面前得蒙紀念，也蒙拯救脫離仇敵。
And when you go to war in your land against the adversary who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, that you may be remembered before the LORD your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.
10:10 在你們快樂的日子和節期，並月朔，獻燔祭和平安祭，也要吹號，這都要在你們的 神面前作為紀念。我是耶和華─你們的 神。」
On the day of your gladness also, and at your appointed feasts, and at the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; they shall serve you for remembrance before your God: I am the LORD your God."
10:11 第二年二月二十日，雲彩從法櫃的帳幕收上去。
In the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth day of the month, the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle of the testimony,
10:12 以色列人就按站往前行，離開西奈的曠野，雲彩停住在巴蘭的曠野。
and the people of Israel set out by stages from the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud settled down in the wilderness of Paran.
10:13 這是他們照耶和華藉摩西所吩咐的，初次往前行。
They set out for the first time at the command of the LORD by Moses.
10:14 按著軍隊首先往前行的是猶大營的纛。統領軍隊的是亞米拿達的兒子拿順。
The standard of the camp of the men of Judah set out first by their companies; and over their host was Nahshon the son of Ammin'adab.
10:15 統領以薩迦支派軍隊的是蘇押的兒子拿坦業。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Is'sachar was Nethan'el the son of Zu'ar.
10:16 統領西布倫支派軍隊的是希倫的兒子以利押。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Zeb'ulun was Eli'ab the son of Helon.
10:17 帳幕拆卸，革順的子孫和米拉利的子孫就抬著帳幕先往前行。
And when the tabernacle was taken down, the sons of Gershon and the sons of Merar'i, who carried the tabernacle, set out.
10:18 按著軍隊往前行的是流便營的纛。統領軍隊的是示丟珥的兒子以利蓿。
And the standard of the camp of Reuben set out by their companies; and over their host was Eli'zur the son of Shed'eur.
10:19 統領西緬支派軍隊的是蘇利沙代的兒子示路蔑。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Simeon was Shelu'mi-el the son of Zurishad'dai.
10:20 統領迦得支派軍隊的是丟珥的兒子以利雅薩。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Gad was Eli'asaph the son of Deu'el.
10:21 哥轄人抬著聖物先往前行。他們未到以前，抬帳幕的已經把帳幕支好。
Then the Ko'hathites set out, carrying the holy things, and the tabernacle was set up before their arrival.
10:22 按著軍隊往前行的是以法蓮營的纛，統領軍隊的是亞米忽的兒子以利沙瑪。
And the standard of the camp of the men of E'phraim set out by their companies; and over their host was Eli'shama the son of Ammi'hud.
10:23 統領瑪拿西支派軍隊的是比大蓿的兒子迦瑪列。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Manas'seh was Gama'liel the son of Pedah'zur.
10:24 統領便雅憫支派軍隊的是基多尼的兒子亞比但。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Benjamin was Abi'dan the son of Gideo'ni.
10:25 在諸營末後的是但營的纛，按著軍隊往前行。統領軍隊的是亞米沙代的兒子亞希以謝。
Then the standard of the camp of the men of Dan, acting as the rear guard of all the camps, set out by their companies; and over their host was Ahie'zer the son of Ammishad'dai.
10:26 統領亞設支派軍隊的是俄蘭的兒子帕結。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Asher was Pa'giel the son of Ochran.
10:27 統領拿弗他利支派軍隊的是以南的兒子亞希拉。
And over the host of the tribe of the men of Naph'tali was Ahi'ra the son of Enan.
10:28 以色列人按著軍隊往前行，就是這樣。
This was the order of march of the people of Israel according to their hosts, when they set out.
10:29 摩西對他岳父（或作：內兄）─米甸人流珥的兒子何巴─說：「我們要行路，往耶和華所應許之地去；他曾說：『我要將這地賜給你們。』現在求你和我們同去，我們必厚待你，因為耶和華指著以色列人已經應許給好處。」
And Moses said to Hobab the son of Reu'el the Mid'ianite, Moses' father-in-law, "We are setting out for the place of which the LORD said, `I will give it to you'; come with us, and we will do you good; for the LORD has promised good to Israel."
10:30 何巴回答說：「我不去；我要回本地本族那裡去。」
But he said to him, "I will not go; I will depart to my own land and to my kindred."
10:31 摩西說：「求你不要離開我們；因為你知道我們要在曠野安營，你可以當作我們的眼目。
And he said, "Do not leave us, I pray you, for you know how we are to encamp in the wilderness, and you will serve as eyes for us.
10:32 你若和我們同去，將來耶和華有甚麼好處待我們，我們也必以甚麼好處待你。」
And if you go with us, whatever good the LORD will do to us, the same will we do to you."
10:33 以色列人離開耶和華的山，往前行了三天的路程；耶和華的約櫃在前頭行了三天的路程，為他們尋找安歇的地方。
So they set out from the mount of the LORD three days' journey; and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them three days' journey, to seek out a resting place for them.
10:34 他們拔營往前行，日間有耶和華的雲彩在他們以上。
And the cloud of the LORD was over them by day, whenever they set out from the camp.
10:35 約櫃往前行的時候，摩西就說：「耶和華啊，求你興起！願你的仇敵四散！願恨你的人從你面前逃跑！」
And whenever the ark set out, Moses said, "Arise, O LORD, and let thy enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee."
10:36 約櫃停住的時候，他就說：「耶和華啊，求你回到以色列的千萬人中！」
And when it rested, he said, "Return, O LORD, to the ten thousand thousands of Israel."
The LORD said to Moses,

何巴本來就計畫在探望女婿後，立刻回家去，縱然摩西一再請他留下和以色列人同住，幫助他們，分享他們的財物，都被他婉拒了；當摩西說︰“我們必厚待你”何巴婉拒︰但當摩西再說︰“你可作我們的眼目”他便欣然接受了。——經文卻沒有告訴我們何巴是否留下，還是回去米甸。但從士師記1：16 和4：11節，我們推斷何巴必然是接受了摩西的勸告，終於和摩西同去，後來還成為以色列某個家族的祖宗。
回覆刪除提醒1：當朋友需要時，人都希望自己及時的幫忙能被重視和肯定，因此，鼓勵人的最佳辦法是「請求他們幫助」。
摩西轉向何巴尋找幫助。他十分謙遜，又充滿智慧地去尋找一位耶和華差派去指引以色列道路的人，而那人熟知當地的背景並能夠領導同伴通過曠野的威脅。那樣，雲彩的引導又意味著甚麼呢？那還不足夠嗎？摩西的信心不夠嗎？好像不夠踏實，這就是人的軟弱，我們說是倚靠神，但轉瞬間就仰望人，好像倚靠可見的、短暫的人，總比倚靠不能見的，卻是全能的神來得容易、踏實！ 但感謝 神，祂有豐富的恩典,在實際的生活中，摩西學到了功課，他知道了要仰望神的能力，宣告祂的得勝，也愛慕祂的同在。
提醒2：求主幫助我們，曉得自己的心，不要倚靠眼見的，不要倚靠人，而過於倚靠永生的神。民數記10章33 節告訴我們：「耶和華的約櫃在前頭行了三天的路程，爲他們尋找安歇的地方」。 這是何等奇妙的事！ 行走屬天的路程只有神自己才能作帶領，祂也實在負起這責任，人不能解決這些問題，神親自來作解決。
提醒3：既有雲柱火柱引導，仍要何巴隨行，是否表示摩西信心不足？--定睛仰望神
回覆刪除其實「適當的」借助於人，是與依靠神沒有衝突的，因為神的幫助可以是藉著同伴、環境的。我們在作決定的時候，請教一些有經驗的人是好的。即使借助於人，也是在仰望神的心志下。但是如果我們把人的地位抬高到超過神，即使人的意見與神的心意有了衝突，我們都寧可聽人的意見，這就不算是依靠神了，也不是「適當的」借助於人。又或者，當幫助我們的人離開我們，我們便不知所措，無法繼續前進，這也表示我們不是在依靠神了。
定睛仰望神，是不必完全拒絕從人而來的供應，同時又在人的幫助斷絕時，信心仍然堅固不動搖
