經文: 民數記 12:1-3 摩西娶了古實女子為妻。米利暗和亞倫因他所娶的古實女子就毀謗他，說：難道耶和華單與摩西說話，不也與我們說話嗎？這話耶和華聽見了。摩西為人極其謙和，勝過世上的眾人。
默想: 聖經記下摩西姐弟三人之間的一個小插曲，讓我們看見上帝所重用一家人彼此之間，還是可能會有種種心結。米利暗是女先知，曾經在以色列人過紅海之後，帶領一隊婦女舞蹈敬拜讚美團隊，帶領以色列人讚美耶和華 (出15:20-21)。亞倫更是上帝所撿選的首任大祭司，辯才無礙，常是摩西的發言人 (出4:14; 7:1; 29:9; 來5:4)。我們想不到，他們姐弟兩人，竟然對於摩西直接與耶和華面對面說話，而感到嫉妒。並且尋隙來批評摩西。因為摩西娶了皮膚黝黑的古實女子為妻而毀謗摩西。他們任意批評摩西的話語被耶和華聽見了。引起耶和華的不悅，並讓米利暗長了大痲瘋。求主拿掉我嫉妒同工之心，更求主幫助我，不要任意批評毀謗同工，以免自招上帝的懲戒。

12:1 摩西娶了古實女子為妻。米利暗和亞倫因他所娶的古實女子，就毀謗他，說：
Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married, for he had married a Cushite woman;
12:2 「難道耶和華單與摩西說話，不也與我們說話嗎？」這話耶和華聽見了。
and they said, "Has the LORD indeed spoken only through Moses? Has he not spoken through us also?" And the LORD heard it.
12:3 摩西為人極其謙和，勝過世上的眾人。
Now the man Moses was very meek, more than all men that were on the face of the earth.
12:4 耶和華忽然對摩西、亞倫、米利暗說：「你們三個人都出來，到會幕這裡。」他們三個人就出來了。
And suddenly the LORD said to Moses and to Aaron and Miriam, "Come out, you three, to the tent of meeting." And the three of them came out.
12:5 耶和華在雲柱中降臨，站在會幕門口，召亞倫和米利暗，二人就出來了。
And the LORD came down in a pillar of cloud, and stood at the door of the tent, and called Aaron and Miriam; and they both came forward.
12:6 耶和華說：「你們且聽我的話：你們中間若有先知，我─耶和華必在異象中向他顯現，在夢中與他說話。
And he said, "Hear my words: If there is a prophet among you, I the LORD make myself known to him in a vision, I speak with him in a dream.
12:7 我的僕人摩西不是這樣；他是在我全家盡忠的。
Not so with my servant Moses; he is entrusted with all my house.
12:8 我要與他面對面說話，乃是明說，不用謎語，並且他必見我的形像。你們毀謗我的僕人摩西，為何不懼怕呢？」
With him I speak mouth to mouth, clearly, and not in dark speech; and he beholds the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?"
12:9 耶和華就向他們二人發怒而去。
And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them, and he departed;
12:10 雲彩從會幕上挪開了，不料，米利暗長了大痲瘋，有雪那樣白，亞倫一看米利暗長了大痲瘋，
and when the cloud removed from over the tent, behold, Miriam was leprous, as white as snow. And Aaron turned towards Miriam, and behold, she was leprous.
12:11 就對摩西說：「我主啊，求你不要因我們愚昧犯罪，便將這罪加在我們身上。
And Aaron said to Moses, "Oh, my lord, do not punish us because we have done foolishly and have sinned.
12:12 求你不要使她像那出母腹、肉已半爛的死胎。」
Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb."
12:13 於是摩西哀求耶和華說：「 神啊，求你醫治她！」
And Moses cried to the LORD, "Heal her, O God, I beseech thee."
12:14 耶和華對摩西說：「她父親若吐唾沫在她臉上，她豈不蒙羞七天嗎？現在要把她在營外關鎖七天，然後才可以領她進來。」
But the LORD said to Moses, "If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside the camp seven days, and after that she may be brought in again."
12:15 於是米利暗關鎖在營外七天。百姓沒有行路，直等到把米利暗領進來。
So Miriam was shut up outside the camp seven days; and the people did not set out on the march till Miriam was brought in again.
12:16 以後百姓從哈洗錄起行，在巴蘭的曠野安營。
After that the people set out from Haze'roth, and encamped in the wilderness of Paran.
Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married, for he had married a Cushite woman;
12:2 「難道耶和華單與摩西說話，不也與我們說話嗎？」這話耶和華聽見了。
and they said, "Has the LORD indeed spoken only through Moses? Has he not spoken through us also?" And the LORD heard it.

這一段經文告訴我們，上帝所重用的摩西也受他至親家人的困擾。由於米利暗與亞倫在年紀上比摩西稍長，所以就對他超然的地位感到不快，嫉妒摩西，故意找他與外邦女子結婚的事作藉口來批評他。這事件使他們本是和諧的關係受到嚴重的破壞。
回覆刪除米利暗是一個女先知，因為她犯了錯誤，滿身長了『痲瘋』和『如雪那樣白』。長了『痲瘋』是不潔淨的。當一個人的過失，吐唾沫在他臉上是一種羞辱他或她的方式。她所以沒有更進一步受苦，是由於摩西的介入。雖然亞倫也犯了錯誤，聖經卻沒提到亞倫為何沒受到懲罰，但亞倫求摩西為米利暗禱告，摩於是摩西哀求耶和華說：「上帝啊，求你醫治他！」（13節）。結果，米利暗就從營中被放逐了七天──她被公開地羞辱，可見摩西的代禱是有效的。
無論如何，嫉妒、譭謗上帝的僕人，就是極軟弱卑微的，也是嚴重的錯失。僕人若犯錯——或陷在錯謬裏---或在任何事情上失敗，主必會處理。馬太福音 13:26～30 節很清楚地告訴我們：「種子撒在田裡，不要硬去薅出稗子來，因為它是仇敵做的。恐怕薅稗子，連麥子也拔出來。容這兩樣一齊長，等著收割。當收割的時候，主要對收割的人說，先將稗子薅出來，捆成捆，留著燒；惟有麥子要收在倉裡」。是的，當我們站在審判台前，我們每一個人都要面對面見主，向祂交帳的。民數記12：8 節也提醒我們：「你們毀謗我的僕人摩西，為何不懼怕呢？」，求主幫助我們，學習控制自己的舌頭，不讓它譭謗主所愛的僕人，絕不敢用舌頭批評任何人或同工，作干犯主的事；相對的，要以愛和憐憫與保容來蓋過意見與不和的衝突；以免陷在米利暗的光景中，結果害不著別人，自己卻蒙受大虧損。要像摩西那樣保持緘默，不替自己辯護，甚至置之不理，將事情全交給上帝，這正是一位屬靈的人是否謙遜的考驗！
反思：假如你是一個主管像亞倫一樣，而上帝沒有親自面對面地與你說話，但聖經教導要你作上帝忠心的管家。今天而你被告知你的部屬或同工：有些人公器私用，引起同工間的批評是非不斷，請問你是否該查證、處理？若事件確是屬實，是否該堵住這個破口或著仍然保持緘默？ 這是Leadership 問題，還是屬靈聖經原則的問題？
