W5 2013-08-02 (詩篇146-147)
146:1 你們要讚美耶和華！我的心哪，你要讚美耶和華！
146:2 我一生要讚美耶和華！我還活的時候要歌頌我的 神！
146:3 你們不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人；他一點不能幫助。
146:4 他的氣一斷，就歸回塵土；他所打算的，當日就消滅了。
146:5 以雅各的 神為幫助、仰望耶和華─他 神的，這人便為有福！
146:6 耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物；他守誠實，直到永遠。
146:7 他為受屈的伸冤，賜食物與飢餓的。耶和華釋放被囚的；
146:8 耶和華開了瞎子的眼睛；耶和華扶起被壓下的人。耶和華喜愛義人。
146:9 耶和華保護寄居的，扶持孤兒和寡婦，卻使惡人的道路彎曲。
146:10 耶和華要作王，直到永遠！錫安哪，你的 神要作王，直到萬代！你們要讚美耶和華！
默想: 詩人以「你們要讚美耶和華」為開頭，也以「哈利路亞」結束。就是要我們學習，讚美上帝，使我們的心得以向上帝敞開。詩人提醒我們不要倚靠這個世上有權勢的人，因為他們不可靠，更是暫時的。再有權勢的國王，也終有歸土的一天。
詩人提醒我們，上帝才是我們的保障與幫助，因為祂是創造天地的主，祂是守誠實，直到永遠的上帝。若我們真的要尋求依靠，千萬不要找一個短暫的倚靠，或是只能在今生幫助我們，在永生中卻幫不上忙的力量。詩人描述，上帝是看顧那些受屈、飢餓、被囚的人，祂幫助瞎眼、被欺壓的人，祂保護寄居、孤兒和寡婦。我們的上帝常常是站在弱勢的上帝，我們這些相信祂的人，千萬不要站在上帝的「對立面」，我們的心中要常常有弱勢者。當我們有能力的時候，不要忘記幫助那些真正弱勢的人。若我們自己本身就是弱勢者，我們也不用太悲觀，因為我們是在上帝的保守看顧之下。
讓我們感謝上帝，因為祂信實、施慈愛，並且作王到永遠，我們一起讚美耶和華吧！
題目: 根據詩篇146篇，耶和華特別關心照顧那些人呢？
146:1 你們要讚美耶和華！我的心哪，你要讚美耶和華！
Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye...: Heb. Hallelujah
146:2 我一生要讚美耶和華！我還活的時候要歌頌我的 神！
While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
146:3 你們不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人；他一點不能幫助。
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. help: or, salvation
146:4 他的氣一斷，就歸回塵土；他所打算的，當日就消滅了。
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
146:5 以雅各的 神為幫助、仰望耶和華─他 神的，這人便為有福！
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:
146:6 耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物；他守誠實，直到永遠。
Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is : which keepeth truth for ever:
146:7 他為受屈的伸冤，賜食物與飢餓的。耶和華釋放被囚的；
Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
146:8 耶和華開了瞎子的眼睛；耶和華扶起被壓下的人。耶和華喜愛義人。
The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
146:9 耶和華保護寄居的，扶持孤兒和寡婦，卻使惡人的道路彎曲。
The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
146:10 耶和華要作王，直到永遠！錫安哪，你的 神要作王，直到萬代！你們要讚美耶和華！
The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
147:1 你們要讚美耶和華！因歌頌我們的 神為善為美；讚美的話是合宜的。
Praise ye the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
147:2 耶和華建造耶路撒冷，聚集以色列中被趕散的人。
The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
147:3 他醫好傷心的人，裹好他們的傷處。
He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. wounds: Heb. griefs
147:4 他數點星宿的數目，一一稱他的名。
He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
147:5 我們的主為大，最有能力；他的智慧無法測度。
Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite. his...: Heb. of his understanding there is no number
147:6 耶和華扶持謙卑人，將惡人傾覆於地。
The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.
147:7 你們要以感謝向耶和華歌唱，用琴向我們的 神歌頌。
Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
147:8 他用雲遮天，為地降雨，使草生長在山上。
Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
147:9 他賜食給走獸和啼叫的小烏鴉。
He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.
147:10 他不喜悅馬的力大，不喜愛人的腿快。
He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man.
147:11 耶和華喜愛敬畏他和盼望他慈愛的人。
The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
147:12 耶路撒冷啊，你要頌讚耶和華！錫安哪，你要讚美你的 神！
Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.
147:13 因為他堅固了你的門閂，賜福給你中間的兒女。
For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee.
147:14 他使你境內平安，用上好的麥子使你滿足。
He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat. He...: Heb. Who maketh thy border peace finest...: Heb. fat of wheat
147:15 他發命在地；他的話頒行最快。
He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly.
147:16 他降雪如羊毛，撒霜如爐灰。
He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.
147:17 他擲下冰雹如碎渣；他發出寒冷，誰能當得起呢？
He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
147:18 他一出令，這些就都消化；他使風颳起，水便流動。
He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
147:19 他將他的道指示雅各，將他的律例典章指示以色列。
He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. his word: Heb. his words
147:20 別國他都沒有這樣待過；至於他的典章，他們向來沒有知道。你們要讚美耶和華！
He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
