經文: 羅馬書 10:14-15 然而，人未曾信他，怎能求他呢？未曾聽見他，怎能信他呢？沒有傳道的，怎能聽見呢？若沒有奉差遣，怎能傳道呢？如經上所記：福音、傳喜信的人，他們的腳蹤何等佳美。
默想: 保羅在此把上帝要拯救罪人的主權決定 (Sovereign Decision) 之落實過程所涉及的人的自由，以一連串的互動關係來說明。上帝差遣他的僕人或使女，是這一連串互動關係的起首。當傳道人奉神差遣時，他要決定是否願意順服上帝的差遣，而向福音朋友開口為主做見證。當傳道人決定要順服上帝的`差遣，向福音朋友開口傳福音時，福音朋友就有機會認識主耶穌基督，他就要做出是否要相信主耶穌基督的個人決定。當福音朋友決定相信主耶穌之後，他就要決定，是否願意與神親近，向上帝傾心吐意。由此可見，上帝有關救恩落實的過程，一定會涉及被差遣的傳道人，以及有機會聽到福音的福音朋友兩個人自由意志的決定。感謝主，在我高二時，讓我願意接受主耶穌成為我個人的救主與生命的主宰。在我在恆春基督教醫院當院長時，聽到神的呼召，願意擺下醫者的工作，將自己獻上，成為全職的傳道人，更讓我在這三十四年來，有機會向許多人做主耶穌基督的見證，帶領許多人做決志的禱告，幫助他們接受主耶穌基督做為他們的救主與生命的主宰。感謝主拯救與差遣之大恩。
題目: 9-21節，這段經文對於我們信主與傳福音有何提醒？你有何看法與感受？
10:1 弟兄們，我心裡所願的，向 神所求的，是要以色列人得救。
Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved.
10:2 我可以證明他們向 神有熱心，但不是按著真知識；
I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but it is not enlightened.
10:3 因為不知道 神的義，想要立自己的義，就不服 神的義了。
For, being ignorant of the righteousness that comes from God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness.
10:4 律法的總結就是基督，使凡信他的都得著義。
For Christ is the end of the law, that every one who has faith may be justified.
10:5 摩西寫著說：人若行那出於律法的義，就必因此活著。
Moses writes that the man who practices the righteousness which is based on the law shall live by it.
10:6 惟有出於信心的義如此說：你不要心裡說：誰要升到天上去呢？就是要領下基督來；
But the righteousness based on faith says, Do not say in your heart, "Who will ascend into heaven?" (that is, to bring Christ down)
10:7 誰要下到陰間去呢？就是要領基督從死裡上來。
or "Who will descend into the abyss?" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
10:8 他到底怎麼說呢？他說：這道離你不遠，正在你口裡，在你心裡。（就是我們所傳信主的道。）
But what does it say? The word is near you, on your lips and in your heart (that is, the word of faith which we preach);
10:9 你若口裡認耶穌為主，心裡信 神叫他從死裡復活，就必得救。
because, if you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10:10 因為人心裡相信，就可以稱義；口裡承認，就可以得救。
For man believes with his heart and so is justified, and he confesses with his lips and so is saved.
10:11 經上說：凡信他的人必不至於羞愧。
The scripture says, "No one who believes in him will be put to shame."
10:12 猶太人和希臘人並沒有分別，因為眾人同有一位主；他也厚待一切求告他的人。
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all and bestows his riches upon all who call upon him.
10:13 因為凡求告主名的，就必得救。
For, "every one who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved."
10:14 然而，人未曾信他，怎能求他呢？未曾聽見他，怎能信他呢？沒有傳道的，怎能聽見呢？
But how are men to call upon him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher?
10:15 若沒有奉差遣，怎能傳道呢？如經上所記：報福音、傳喜信的人，他們的腳蹤何等佳美。
And how can men preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach good news!"
10:16 只是人沒有都聽從福音，因為以賽亞說：主啊，我們所傳的有誰信呢？
But they have not all obeyed the gospel; for Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?"
10:17 可見信道是從聽道來的，聽道是從基督的話來的。
So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes by the preaching of Christ.
10:18 但我說，人沒有聽見嗎？誠然聽見了。他們的聲音傳遍天下；他們的言語傳到地極。
But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have; for "Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world."
10:19 我再說，以色列人不知道嗎？先有摩西說：我要用那不成子民的，惹動你們的憤恨；我要用那無知的民觸動你們的怒氣。
Again I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, "I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry."
10:20 又有以賽亞放膽說：沒有尋找我的，我叫他們遇見；沒有訪問我的，我向他們顯現。
Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, "I have been found by those who did not seek me; I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me."
10:21 至於以色列人，他說：我整天伸手招呼那悖逆頂嘴的百姓。
But of Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people."
Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved.

猶太人，是上帝的選民，自小就熟讀上帝的律法典章，知道彌賽亞要來，可是上帝差祂的兒子耶穌基督來世上，被釘在十字架上受死，埋葬，三天後復活，他的門徒和使徒們，廣傳福音，從耶路撒冷、猶太全地，和撒瑪利亞，直到地極，作祂的見證。猶太人確實聽見了，但多數的猶太人都不肯相信，不求告主，所以不能得救。倒是那些外邦人（非以色列人）聽了福音和主的道，就相信福音，求告主，蒙主寶血潔淨，罪得赦免，作上帝光明的子女。因此非以色列人得救的基督徒，順從福音的教導，順從福音中的主。所以「非以色列人的國民」的百姓被揀選，「上帝的選民猶太人」被棄絕。
回覆刪除傳福音是每一個蒙恩得救的基督徒所當做的，就像撒種的比喻（馬太13章），人的內心是否願意接受福音，完全是人的自由意志. 正如那四種土壤一樣。關鍵就在聽了道的人是否真正悔改，並「相信」福音，順從福音的教導，順服聖靈的帶領，一切以祂為主，都是為主而活。
