經文: 馬太福音 22:30 當復活的時候，人也不娶也不嫁，乃像天上的使者一樣。
默想: 撒督該人的問題，在於存有先入為主的神學理念，然後就以現世的情況，延伸投射進入
永世的將來。這兩個問題，也是我們每一個人常會遭遇的情況。我們很難避免拿著我們既有的宇宙觀，來瞭解並詮釋聖經，犯了先入為主的偏見。我們也只能今生的經驗，來揣摩想像來世的可能情況。求主幫助我，知道自己有這兩個困境，在詮釋聖經時，尤其是關於永生的可能情況，存著謙卑受教的心，願意承認自己的有限與扭曲，比較並接納其他可能的詮釋。
題目: 22：11-14中，王對於這個沒有穿禮服的人如何處置？是否太無理嚴苛呢？你有何看法與感想。
22:1 耶穌又用比喻對他們說：
And again Jesus spoke to them in parables, saying,
22:2 「天國好比一個王為他兒子擺設娶親的筵席，
"The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a marriage feast for his son,
22:3 就打發僕人去，請那些被召的人來赴席，他們卻不肯來。
and sent his servants to call those who were invited to the marriage feast; but they would not come.
22:4 王又打發別的僕人，說：『你們告訴那被召的人，我的筵席已經預備好了，牛和肥畜已經宰了，各樣都齊備，請你們來赴席。』
Again he sent other servants, saying, `Tell those who are invited, Behold, I have made ready my dinner, my oxen and my fat calves are killed, and everything is ready; come to the marriage feast.'
22:5 那些人不理就走了；一個到自己田裡去；一個作買賣去；
But they made light of it and went off, one to his farm, another to his business,
22:6 其餘的拿住僕人，凌辱他們，把他們殺了。
while the rest seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and killed them.
22:7 王就大怒，發兵除滅那些兇手，燒毀他們的城。
The king was angry, and he sent his troops and destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
22:8 於是對僕人說：『喜筵已經齊備，只是所召的人不配。
Then he said to his servants, `The wedding is ready, but those invited were not worthy.
22:9 所以你們要往岔路口上去，凡遇見的，都召來赴席。』
Go therefore to the thoroughfares, and invite to the marriage feast as many as you find.'
22:10 那些僕人就出去，到大路上，凡遇見的，不論善惡都召聚了來，筵席上就坐滿了客。
And those servants went out into the streets and gathered all whom they found, both bad and good; so the wedding hall was filled with guests.
22:11 王進來觀看賓客，見那裡有一個沒有穿禮服的，
"But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw there a man who had no wedding garment;
22:12 就對他說：『朋友，你到這裡來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。
and he said to him, `Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?' And he was speechless.
22:13 於是王對使喚的人說：『捆起他的手腳來，把他丟在外邊的黑暗裡；在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。』
Then the king said to the attendants, `Bind him hand and foot, and cast him into the outer darkness; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.'
22:14 因為被召的人多，選上的人少。」
For many are called, but few are chosen."
22:15 當時，法利賽人出去商議，怎樣就著耶穌的話陷害他，
Then the Pharisees went and took counsel how to entangle him in his talk.
22:16 就打發他們的門徒同希律黨的人去見耶穌，說：「夫子，我們知道你是誠實人，並且誠誠實實傳 神的道，甚麼人你都不徇情面，因為你不看人的外貌。
And they sent their disciples to him, along with the Hero'di-ans, saying, "Teacher, we know that you are true, and teach the way of God truthfully, and care for no man; for you do not regard the position of men.
22:17 請告訴我們，你的意見如何？納稅給凱撒可以不可以？」
Tell us, then, what you think. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?"
22:18 耶穌看出他們的惡意，就說：「假冒為善的人哪，為甚麼試探我？
But Jesus, aware of their malice, said, "Why put me to the test, you hypocrites?
22:19 拿一個上稅的錢給我看！」他們就拿一個銀錢來給他。
Show me the money for the tax." And they brought him a coin.
22:20 耶穌說：「這像和這號是誰的？」
And Jesus said to them, "Whose likeness and inscription is this?"
22:21 他們說：「是凱撒的。」耶穌說：「這樣，凱撒的物當歸給凱撒； 神的物當歸給 神。」
They said, "Caesar's." Then he said to them, "Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's."
22:22 他們聽見就希奇，離開他走了。
When they heard it, they marveled; and they left him and went away.
22:23 撒都該人常說沒有復活的事。那天，他們來問耶穌說：
The same day Sad'ducees came to him, who say that there is no resurrection; and they asked him a question,
22:24 「夫子，摩西說：『人若死了，沒有孩子，他兄弟當娶他的妻，為哥哥生子立後。』
saying, "Teacher, Moses said, `If a man dies, having no children, his brother must marry the widow, and raise up children for his brother.'
22:25 從前，在我們這裡有弟兄七人，第一個娶了妻，死了，沒有孩子，撇下妻子給兄弟。
Now there were seven brothers among us; the first married, and died, and having no children left his wife to his brother.
22:26 第二、第三、直到第七個，都是如此。
So too the second and third, down to the seventh.
22:27 末後，婦人也死了。
After them all, the woman died.
22:28 這樣，當復活的時候，她是七個人中那一個的妻子呢？因為他們都娶過她。」
In the resurrection, therefore, to which of the seven will she be wife? For they all had her."
22:29 耶穌回答說：「你們錯了；因為不明白聖經，也不曉得 神的大能。
But Jesus answered them, "You are wrong, because you know neither the scriptures nor the power of God.
22:30 當復活的時候，人也不娶也不嫁，乃像天上的使者一樣。
For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.
22:31 論到死人復活， 神在經上向你們所說的，你們沒有念過嗎？
And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God,
22:32 他說：『我是亞伯拉罕的 神，以撒的 神，雅各的 神。』 神不是死人的 神，乃是活人的 神。」
`I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not God of the dead, but of the living."
22:33 眾人聽見這話，就希奇他的教訓。
And when the crowd heard it, they were astonished at his teaching.
22:34 法利賽人聽見耶穌堵住了撒都該人的口，他們就聚集。
But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sad'ducees, they came together.
22:35 內中有一個人是律法師，要試探耶穌，就問他說：
And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question, to test him.
22:36 「夫子，律法上的誡命，那一條是最大的呢？」
"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?"
22:37 耶穌對他說：「你要盡心、盡性、盡意愛主─你的 神。
And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
22:38 這是誡命中的第一，且是最大的。
This is the great and first commandment.
22:39 其次也相倣，就是要愛人如己。
And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
22:40 這兩條誡命是律法和先知一切道理的總綱。」
On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets."
22:41 法利賽人聚集的時候，耶穌問他們說：
Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question,
22:42 「論到基督，你們的意見如何？他是誰的子孫呢？」他們回答說：「是大衛的子孫。」
saying, "What do you think of the Christ? Whose son is he?" They said to him, "The son of David."
22:43 耶穌說：「這樣，大衛被聖靈感動，怎麼還稱他為主，說：
He said to them, "How is it then that David, inspired by the Spirit, calls him Lord, saying,
22:44 主對我主說：你坐在我的右邊，等我把你仇敵放在你的腳下。
`The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, till I put thy enemies under thy feet'?
22:45 大衛既稱他為主，他怎麼又是大衛的子孫呢？」
If David thus calls him Lord, how is he his son?"
22:46 他們沒有一個人能回答一言。從那日以後，也沒有人敢再問他甚麼。
And no one was able to answer him a word, nor from that day did any one dare to ask him any more questions.
And again Jesus spoke to them in parables, saying,
