W1 2012-01-02 (書1)
經文: 約書亞記 1:3 凡你們腳掌所踏之地，我都照著我所應許摩西的話賜給你們了。
默想: 神的僕人摩西去世之後，耶和華開始呼召約書亞承續完成摩西帶領以色列人過約但河，進入迦南應許美地的使命。約書亞必須勇敢的帶領以色列人，渡過約但河，用腳踏上應許地。耶和華應許約書亞，凡你們腳掌所踏之地，我都照著我所應許摩西的話賜給你們。要領受上帝的應許，必須願意用自己的腳掌踏上應許之地。應許之地是上帝所賞賜的，但是應許之地並不是從天上掉下來，直接掉入以色列人的懷中，而是約書亞必須帶領以色列人，勇敢的用信心把自己的腳掌踏上應許之地，才能夠得到上帝的賞賜。實際上我們知道，腳掌踏上應許地並不是那麼容易的一件事，因為迦南人還住在迦南地，約書亞必須帶領以色列民，與迦南人爭戰，才能領受耶和華的應許。信心是必須腳踏實地的，信心也須要經歷爭戰。求神保守我，讓我的信心不是只在口頭上面，而是在我的身體力行，腳踏實地的去實踐上帝的命令。
題目: 10節，上主要以色列民「預備」承受迦南地，然，我們當如何「預備」，承受新的一年神給我們的應許之地？
1:1 耶和華的僕人摩西死了以後，耶和華曉諭摩西的幫手，嫩的兒子約書亞，說：
After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister,
1:2 「我的僕人摩西死了。現在你要起來，和眾百姓過這約旦河，往我所要賜給以色列人的地去。
"Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land which I am giving to them, to the people of Israel.
1:3 凡你們腳掌所踏之地，我都照著我所應許摩西的話賜給你們了。
Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given to you, as I promised to Moses.
1:4 從曠野和這黎巴嫩，直到幼發拉底大河，赫人的全地，又到大海日落之處，都要作你們的境界。
From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the river Euphra'tes, all the land of the Hittites to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun shall be your territory.
1:5 你平生的日子，必無一人能在你面前站立得住。我怎樣與摩西同在，也必照樣與你同在；我必不撇下你，也不丟棄你。
No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will not fail you or forsake you.
1:6 你當剛強壯膽！因為你必使這百姓承受那地為業，就是我向他們列祖起誓應許賜給他們的地。
Be strong and of good courage; for you shall cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
1:7 只要剛強，大大壯膽，謹守遵行我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，不可偏離左右，使你無論往那裡去，都可以順利。
Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded you; turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.
1:8 這律法書不可離開你的口，總要晝夜思想，好使你謹守遵行這書上所寫的一切話。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事順利。
This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.
1:9 我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶；因為你無論往那裡去，耶和華─你的 神必與你同在。」
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; be not frightened, neither be dismayed; for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."
1:10 於是，約書亞吩咐百姓的官長說：
Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people,
1:11 「你們要走遍營中，吩咐百姓說：『當預備食物；因為三日之內你們要過這約旦河，進去得耶和華─你們 神賜你們為業之地。』」
"Pass through the camp, and command the people, `Prepare your provisions; for within three days you are to pass over this Jordan, to go in to take possession of the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess.'"
1:12 約書亞對流便人、迦得人，和瑪拿西半支派的人說：
And to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manas'seh Joshua said,
1:13 「你們要追念耶和華的僕人摩西所吩咐你們的話說：『耶和華─你們的 神使你們得享平安，也必將這地賜給你們。』
"Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, `The LORD your God is providing you a place of rest, and will give you this land.'
1:14 你們的妻子、孩子，和牲畜都可以留在約旦河東、摩西所給你們的地；但你們中間一切大能的勇士都要帶著兵器在你們的弟兄前面過去，幫助他們，
Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle shall remain in the land which Moses gave you beyond the Jordan; but all the men of valor among you shall pass over armed before your brethren and shall help them,
1:15 等到耶和華使你們的弟兄像你們一樣得享平安，並且得著耶和華─你們 神所賜他們為業之地，那時才可以回你們所得之地，承受為業，就是耶和華的僕人摩西在約旦河東、向日出之地所給你們的。」
until the LORD gives rest to your brethren as well as to you, and they also take possession of the land which the LORD your God is giving them; then you shall return to the land of your possession, and shall possess it, the land which Moses the servant of the LORD gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise."
1:16 他們回答約書亞說：「你所吩咐我們行的，我們都必行；你所差遣我們去的，我們都必去。
And they answered Joshua, "All that you have commanded us we will do, and wherever you send us we will go.
1:17 我們從前在一切事上怎樣聽從摩西，現在也必照樣聽從你；惟願耶和華─你的 神與你同在，像與摩西同在一樣。
Just as we obeyed Moses in all things, so we will obey you; only may the LORD your God be with you, as he was with Moses!
1:18 無論甚麼人違背你的命令，不聽從你所吩咐他的一切話，就必治死他。你只要剛強壯膽！」
Whoever rebels against your commandment and disobeys your words, whatever you command him, shall be put to death. Only be strong and of good courage."
After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister,

1:17 我們從前在一切事上怎樣聽從摩西，現在也必照樣聽從你；惟願耶和華─你的 神與你同在，像與摩西同在一樣。
Just as we obeyed Moses in all things, so we will obey you; only may the LORD your God be with you, as he was with Moses!

約書亞吩咐百姓的官長說：「你們要走遍營中，吩咐百姓說：『當預備食物；因為三日之內你們要過這約但河，進去得耶和華你們神賜你們為業之地。」（書1:11節），可見在三天內，以色列民必須「預備」足夠的食物，然後上路，過約但河，得那耶和華賜給他們為業之地--- 迦南地。為要取得該地，以色列民必須專靠耶和華上帝，因為為他們爭戰的是耶和華。(書23：3節)
回覆刪除約書亞率領以色列民西渡約旦河，神跡般地攻占耶利哥，就開始了七年的南征北伐，几乎粉碎了迦南全地的各族人的軍事聯盟。在迦南這場屬地的爭戰中，耶和華是以色列軍的元帥 (書5：14節)，帶領他們去與敵人爭戰，承受他所應許給他們的產業，得享安息。查考約書亞記，看到在一場場勝仗之後，以色列民卻不能在應許之地得到安息，
今天在2012年年初，我們同樣面臨屬靈的爭戰。求主幫助我們，謹守遵行聖經上的話，晝夜思想，不要懼怕，因為耶和華必與我們同在 (書1：5～9節) 。靠著主基督，倚賴他的大能大力作剛強壯膽的人，要穿戴神所賜的全副軍裝，就能抵擋魔鬼的詭計。靠著聖靈，隨時多方禱告祈求；並要在此警醒不倦，為眾聖徒祈求，與「那些執政的、掌權的、管轄這幽暗世界的，以及天空屬靈氣的惡魔爭戰」(弗6：10～12節) 。活在基督裡，得享安息（太11：29節）
