全新四年樂活讀經
經文: 腓利比書 4:6-7 應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求，和感謝，將你們所要的告訴神。神所賜、出人意外的平安必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心懷意念。
默想: 保羅鼓勵腓立比教會兄姐，應當要學習一無掛慮。將我們心中的期待與盼望告訴上帝。禱告中不要只有祈求，對於上帝的賞賜也要知道感恩。上帝不一定會改變我們的外在環境，但是上帝會賞賜給我們，超越外在環境的內心出人意外的平安，來保守我們的心懷意念。感謝主，將出人意外的平安賞賜給我，讓我用感恩的心，緊緊抓住你所賞賜給我的平安，來走過你所許可我經歷的各樣處境。
題目: 保羅說：「…我已經學會對現狀滿足。…飽足好，飢餓也好，豐富好，缺乏也好，我都知足，藉著基督賜的力量，我能夠適應任何情況。」(v11-13)試想：你是否也能靠著那加給你力量的神，凡事都能面對？
4:1 我所親愛、所想念的弟兄們，你們就是我的喜樂，我的冠冕。我親愛的弟兄，你們應當靠主站立得穩。
Therefore, my brethren, whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm thus in the Lord, my beloved.
4:2 我勸友阿蝶和循都基，要在主裡同心。
I entreat Eu-o'dia and I entreat Syn'tyche to agree in the Lord.
4:3 我也求你這真實同負一軛的，幫助這兩個女人，因為她們在福音上曾與我一同勞苦；還有革利免，並其餘和我一同做工的，他們的名字都在生命冊上。
And I ask you also, true yokefellow, help these women, for they have labored side by side with me in the gospel together with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.
4:4 你們要靠主常常喜樂。我再說，你們要喜樂。
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.
4:5 當叫眾人知道你們謙讓的心。主已經近了。
Let all men know your forbearance. The Lord is at hand.
4:6 應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求，和感謝，將你們所要的告訴 神。
Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
4:7 神所賜、出人意外的平安必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心懷意念。
And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
4:8 弟兄們，我還有未盡的話：凡是真實的、可敬的、公義的、清潔的、可愛的、有美名的，若有甚麼德行，若有甚麼稱讚，這些事你們都要思念。
Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
4:9 你們在我身上所學習的，所領受的，所聽見的，所看見的，這些事你們都要去行，賜平安的 神就必與你們同在。
What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the God of peace will be with you.
4:10 我靠主大大地喜樂，因為你們思念我的心如今又發生；你們向來就思念我，只是沒得機會。
I rejoice in the Lord greatly that now at length you have revived your concern for me; you were indeed concerned for me, but you had no opportunity.
4:11 我並不是因缺乏說這話；我無論在甚麼景況都可以知足，這是我已經學會了。
Not that I complain of want; for I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content.
4:12 我知道怎樣處卑賤，也知道怎樣處豐富；或飽足，或飢餓；或有餘，或缺乏，隨事隨在，我都得了祕訣。
I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound; in any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and want.
4:13 我靠著那加給我力量的，凡事都能做。
I can do all things in him who strengthens me.
4:14 然而，你們和我同受患難原是美事。
Yet it was kind of you to share my trouble.
4:15 腓立比人哪，你們也知道我初傳福音離了馬其頓的時候，論到授受的事，除了你們以外，並沒有別的教會供給我。
And you Philippians yourselves know that in the beginning of the gospel, when I left Macedo'nia, no church entered into partnership with me in giving and receiving except you only;
4:16 就是我在帖撒羅尼迦，你們也一次兩次地打發人供給我的需用。
for even in Thessaloni'ca you sent me help once and again.
4:17 我並不求甚麼餽送，所求的就是你們的果子漸漸增多，歸在你們的帳上。
Not that I seek the gift; but I seek the fruit which increases to your credit.
4:18 但我樣樣都有，並且有餘。我已經充足，因我從以巴弗提受了你們的餽送，當作極美的香氣，為 神所收納、所喜悅的祭物。
I have received full payment, and more; I am filled, having received from Epaphrodi'tus the gifts you sent, a fragrant offering, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God.
4:19 我的 神必照他榮耀的豐富，在基督耶穌裡，使你們一切所需用的都充足。
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
4:20 願榮耀歸給我們的父 神，直到永永遠遠。阿們！
To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
4:21 請問在基督耶穌裡的各位聖徒安。在我這裡的眾弟兄都問你們安。
Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who are with me greet you.
4:22 眾聖徒都問你們安。在凱撒家裡的人特特地問你們安。
All the saints greet you, especially those of Caesar's household.
4:23 願主耶穌基督的恩常在你們心裡！
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
