經文: 利未記 13:13 祭司就要察看，全身的肉若長滿了大痲瘋，就要定那患災病的為潔淨；全身都變為白，他乃潔淨了。
默想: 舊約聖經中所描述的大痲瘋，主要是皮毛顏色變白或發紅，皮膚萎縮凹下。這種現象以今天醫學來看，應該是屬於白斑症 (vitiligo or leukoderma)，而不是今天醫學中所說的痲瘋病 (leprosy)。舊約聖經中的大痲瘋，主要是由祭司負責鑑別診斷，以判定其潔淨或不潔淨。被診斷為不潔淨者，必須與社會隔離，絕對禁止參與會幕或聖殿之敬拜。因此，這個診斷，必較是宗教性的診斷。如此，當一個人的全身都變白之後，就是完全的為不潔淨所遮蓋，反而可以被祭司診斷為潔淨了。這樣的矛盾現象，與新約聖經中有關罪是否得赦免的描述很近似。當一個人覺得自己還算不錯時，他就不會謙卑到神面前認罪悔改，他的罪就會一直存在他身上，他就繼續的在不潔淨當中。可是，當一個人承認自己是完全敗壞，一無是處時，他反而會謙卑到耶和華面前，認罪悔改，而得到神赦罪的恩典，獲得主耶穌基督的救贖而因信稱義。這就是耶穌所說一個法利賽人與一個稅吏，上聖殿禱告時，所表現出來的對比態度。法利賽人對自己的道德與宗教表現沾沾自喜，自以為了不起。稅吏則是在上帝面前，垂胸頓足，承認自己罪孽深重，仰望上帝的恩典。主耶穌說，這個稅吏回去之後，要比那個法利賽人，在上帝眼中看來，更算為義了。
題目: 9-13節，為何全身長滿大痲瘋，就要定那患病的為潔淨？有何屬靈的提醒？(約壹1:8-9、賽57:15)
13:1 耶和華曉諭摩西、亞倫說：
The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,
13:2 「人的肉皮上若長了癤子，或長了癬，或長了火斑，在他肉皮上成了大痲瘋的災病，就要將他帶到祭司亞倫或亞倫作祭司的一個子孫面前。
"When a man has on the skin of his body a swelling or an eruption or a spot, and it turns into a leprous disease on the skin of his body, then he shall be brought to Aaron the priest or to one of his sons the priests,
13:3 祭司要察看肉皮上的災病，若災病處的毛已經變白，災病的現象深於肉上的皮，這便是大痲瘋的災病。祭司要察看他，定他為不潔淨。
and the priest shall examine the diseased spot on the skin of his body; and if the hair in the diseased spot has turned white and the disease appears to be deeper than the skin of his body, it is a leprous disease; when the priest has examined him he shall pronounce him unclean.
13:4 若火斑在他肉皮上是白的，現象不深於皮，其上的毛也沒有變白，祭司就要將有災病的人關鎖七天。
But if the spot is white in the skin of his body, and appears no deeper than the skin, and the hair in it has not turned white, the priest shall shut up the diseased person for seven days;
13:5 第七天，祭司要察看他，若看災病止住了，沒有在皮上發散，祭司還要將他關鎖七天。
and the priest shall examine him on the seventh day, and if in his eyes the disease is checked and the disease has not spread in the skin, then the priest shall shut him up seven days more;
13:6 第七天，祭司要再察看他，若災病發暗，而且沒有在皮上發散，祭司要定他為潔淨，原來是癬；那人就要洗衣服，得為潔淨。
and the priest shall examine him again on the seventh day, and if the diseased spot is dim and the disease has not spread in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean; it is only an eruption; and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
13:7 但他為得潔淨，將身體給祭司察看以後，癬若在皮上發散開了，他要再將身體給祭司察看。
But if the eruption spreads in the skin, after he has shown himself to the priest for his cleansing, he shall appear again before the priest;
13:8 祭司要察看，癬若在皮上發散，就要定他為不潔淨，是大痲瘋。
and the priest shall make an examination, and if the eruption has spread in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is leprosy.
13:9 「人有了大痲瘋的災病，就要將他帶到祭司面前。
"When a man is afflicted with leprosy, he shall be brought to the priest;
13:10 祭司要察看，皮上若長了白癤，使毛變白，在長白癤之處有了紅瘀肉，
and the priest shall make an examination, and if there is a white swelling in the skin, which has turned the hair white, and there is quick raw flesh in the swelling,
13:11 這是肉皮上的舊大痲瘋，祭司要定他為不潔淨，不用將他關鎖，因為他是不潔淨了。
it is a chronic leprosy in the skin of his body, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean; he shall not shut him up, for he is unclean.
13:12 大痲瘋若在皮上四外發散，長滿了患災病人的皮，據祭司察看，從頭到腳無處不有，
And if the leprosy breaks out in the skin, so that the leprosy covers all the skin of the diseased person from head to foot, so far as the priest can see,
13:13 祭司就要察看，全身的肉若長滿了大痲瘋，就要定那患災病的為潔淨；全身都變為白，他乃潔淨了。
then the priest shall make an examination, and if the leprosy has covered all his body, he shall pronounce him clean of the disease; it has all turned white, and he is clean.
13:14 但紅肉幾時顯在他的身上就幾時不潔淨。
But when raw flesh appears on him, he shall be unclean.
13:15 祭司一看那紅肉就定他為不潔淨。紅肉本是不潔淨，是大痲瘋。
And the priest shall examine the raw flesh, and pronounce him unclean; raw flesh is unclean, for it is leprosy.
13:16 紅肉若復原，又變白了，他就要來見祭司。
But if the raw flesh turns again and is changed to white, then he shall come to the priest,
13:17 祭司要察看，災病處若變白了，祭司就要定那患災病的為潔淨，他乃潔淨了。
and the priest shall examine him, and if the disease has turned white, then the priest shall pronounce the diseased person clean; he is clean.
13:18 「人若在皮肉上長瘡，卻治好了，
"And when there is in the skin of one's body a boil that has healed,
13:19 在長瘡之處又起了白癤，或是白中帶紅的火斑，就要給祭司察看。
and in the place of the boil there comes a white swelling or a reddish-white spot, then it shall be shown to the priest;
13:20 祭司要察看，若現象窪於皮，其上的毛也變白了，就要定他為不潔淨，是大痲瘋的災病發在瘡中。
and the priest shall make an examination, and if it appears deeper than the skin and its hair has turned white, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is the disease of leprosy, it has broken out in the boil.
13:21 祭司若察看，其上沒有白毛，也沒有窪於皮，乃是發暗，就要將他關鎖七天。
But if the priest examines it, and the hair on it is not white and it is not deeper than the skin, but is dim, then the priest shall shut him up seven days;
13:22 若在皮上發散開了，祭司就要定他為不潔淨，是災病。
and if it spreads in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is diseased.
13:23 火斑若在原處止住，沒有發散，便是瘡的痕跡，祭司就要定他為潔淨。
But if the spot remains in one place and does not spread, it is the scar of the boil; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
13:24 「人的皮肉上若起了火毒，火毒的瘀肉成了火斑，或是白中帶紅的，或是全白的，
"Or, when the body has a burn on its skin and the raw flesh of the burn becomes a spot, reddish-white or white,
13:25 祭司就要察看，火斑中的毛若變白了，現象又深於皮，是大痲瘋在火毒中發出，就要定他為不潔淨，是大痲瘋的災病。
the priest shall examine it, and if the hair in the spot has turned white and it appears deeper than the skin, then it is leprosy; it has broken out in the burn, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is a leprous disease.
13:26 但是祭司察看，在火斑中若沒有白毛，也沒有窪於皮，乃是發暗，就要將他關鎖七天。
But if the priest examines it, and the hair in the spot is not white and it is no deeper than the skin, but is dim, the priest shall shut him up seven days,
13:27 到第七天，祭司要察看他，火斑若在皮上發散開了，就要定他為不潔淨，是大痲瘋的災病。
and the priest shall examine him the seventh day; if it is spreading in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is a leprous disease.
13:28 火斑若在原處止住，沒有在皮上發散，乃是發暗，是起的火毒，祭司要定他為潔淨，不過是火毒的痕跡。
But if the spot remains in one place and does not spread in the skin, but is dim, it is a swelling from the burn, and the priest shall pronounce him clean; for it is the scar of the burn.
13:29 「無論男女，若在頭上有災病，或是男人鬍鬚上有災病，
"When a man or woman has a disease on the head or the beard,
13:30 祭司就要察看；這災病現象若深於皮，其間有細黃毛，就要定他為不潔淨，這是頭疥，是頭上或是鬍鬚上的大痲瘋。
the priest shall examine the disease; and if it appears deeper than the skin, and the hair in it is yellow and thin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is an itch, a leprosy of the head or the beard.
13:31 祭司若察看頭疥的災病，現象不深於皮，其間也沒有黑毛，就要將長頭疥災病的關鎖七天。
And if the priest examines the itching disease, and it appears no deeper than the skin and there is no black hair in it, then the priest shall shut up the person with the itching disease for seven days,
13:32 第七天，祭司要察看災病，若頭疥沒有發散，其間也沒有黃毛，頭疥的現象不深於皮，
and on the seventh day the priest shall examine the disease; and if the itch has not spread, and there is in it no yellow hair, and the itch appears to be no deeper than the skin,
13:33 那人就要剃去鬚髮，但他不可剃頭疥之處。祭司要將那長頭疥的，再關鎖七天。
then he shall shave himself, but the itch he shall not shave; and the priest shall shut up the person with the itching disease for seven days more;
13:34 第七天，祭司要察看頭疥，頭疥若沒有在皮上發散，現象也不深於皮，就要定他為潔淨，他要洗衣服，便成為潔淨。
and on the seventh day the priest shall examine the itch, and if the itch has not spread in the skin and it appears to be no deeper than the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean; and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
13:35 但他得潔淨以後，頭疥若在皮上發散開了，
But if the itch spreads in the skin after his cleansing,
13:36 祭司就要察看他。頭疥若在皮上發散，就不必找那黃毛，他是不潔淨了。
then the priest shall examine him, and if the itch has spread in the skin, the priest need not seek for the yellow hair; he is unclean.
13:37 祭司若看頭疥已經止住，其間也長了黑毛，頭疥已然痊癒，那人是潔淨了，就要定他為潔淨。
But if in his eyes the itch is checked, and black hair has grown in it, the itch is healed, he is clean; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
13:38 「無論男女，皮肉上若起了火斑，就是白火斑，
"When a man or a woman has spots on the skin of the body, white spots,
13:39 祭司就要察看，他們肉皮上的火斑若白中帶黑，這是皮上發出的白癬，那人是潔淨了。
the priest shall make an examination, and if the spots on the skin of the body are of a dull white, it is tetter that has broken out in the skin; he is clean.
13:40 「人頭上的髮若掉了，他不過是頭禿，還是潔淨。
"If a man's hair has fallen from his head, he is bald but he is clean.
13:41 他頂前若掉了頭髮，他不過是頂門禿，還是潔淨。
And if a man's hair has fallen from his forehead and temples, he has baldness of the forehead but he is clean.
13:42 頭禿處或是頂門禿處若有白中帶紅的災病，這就是大痲瘋發在他頭禿處或是頂門禿處，
But if there is on the bald head or the bald forehead a reddish-white diseased spot, it is leprosy breaking out on his bald head or his bald forehead.
13:43 祭司就要察看，他起的那災病若在頭禿處或是頂門禿處有白中帶紅的，像肉皮上大痲瘋的現象，
Then the priest shall examine him, and if the diseased swelling is reddish-white on his bald head or on his bald forehead, like the appearance of leprosy in the skin of the body,
13:44 那人就是長大痲瘋，不潔淨的，祭司總要定他為不潔淨，他的災病是在頭上。
he is a leprous man, he is unclean; the priest must pronounce him unclean; his disease is on his head.
13:45 「身上有長大痲瘋災病的，他的衣服要撕裂，也要蓬頭散髮，蒙著上唇，喊叫說：『不潔淨了！不潔淨了！』
"The leper who has the disease shall wear torn clothes and let the hair of his head hang loose, and he shall cover his upper lip and cry, `Unclean, unclean.'
13:46 災病在他身上的日子，他便是不潔淨；他既是不潔淨，就要獨居營外。」
He shall remain unclean as long as he has the disease; he is unclean; he shall dwell alone in a habitation outside the camp.
13:47 「染了大痲瘋災病的衣服，無論是羊毛衣服、是麻布衣服，
"When there is a leprous disease in a garment, whether a woolen or a linen garment,
13:48 無論是在經上、在緯上，是麻布的、是羊毛的，是在皮子上，或在皮子做的甚麼物件上，
in warp or woof of linen or wool, or in a skin or in anything made of skin,
13:49 或在衣服上、皮子上，經上、緯上，或在皮子做的甚麼物件上，這災病若是發綠，或是發紅，是大痲瘋的災病，要給祭司察看。
if the disease shows greenish or reddish in the garment, whether in warp or woof or in skin or in anything made of skin, it is a leprous disease and shall be shown to the priest.
13:50 祭司就要察看那災病，把染了災病的物件關鎖七天。
And the priest shall examine the disease, and shut up that which has the disease for seven days;
13:51 第七天，他要察看那災病，災病或在衣服上，經上、緯上，皮子上，若發散，這皮子無論當作何用，這災病是蠶食的大痲瘋，都是不潔淨了。
then he shall examine the disease on the seventh day. If the disease has spread in the garment, in warp or woof, or in the skin, whatever be the use of the skin, the disease is a malignant leprosy; it is unclean.
13:52 那染了災病的衣服，或是經上、緯上，羊毛上，麻衣上，或是皮子做的甚麼物件上，他都要焚燒；因為這是蠶食的大痲瘋，必在火中焚燒。
And he shall burn the garment, whether diseased in warp or woof, woolen or linen, or anything of skin, for it is a malignant leprosy; it shall be burned in the fire.
13:53 「祭司要察看，若災病在衣服上，經上、緯上，或是皮子做的甚麼物件上，沒有發散，
"And if the priest examines, and the disease has not spread in the garment in warp or woof or in anything of skin,
13:54 祭司就要吩咐他們，把染了災病的物件洗了，再關鎖七天。
then the priest shall command that they wash the thing in which is the disease, and he shall shut it up seven days more;
13:55 洗過以後，祭司要察看，那物件若沒有變色，災病也沒有消散，那物件就不潔淨，是透重的災病，無論正面反面，都要在火中焚燒。
and the priest shall examine the diseased thing after it has been washed. And if the diseased spot has not changed color, though the disease has not spread, it is unclean; you shall burn it in the fire, whether the leprous spot is on the back or on the front.
13:56 洗過以後，祭司要察看，若見那災病發暗，他就要把那災病從衣服上、皮子上、經上、緯上，都撕去。
"But if the priest examines, and the disease is dim after it is washed, he shall tear the spot out of the garment or the skin or the warp or woof;
13:57 若仍現在衣服上，或是經上、緯上、皮子做的甚麼物件上，這就是災病又發了、必用火焚燒那染災病的物件。
then if it appears again in the garment, in warp or woof, or in anything of skin, it is spreading; you shall burn with fire that in which is the disease.
13:58 所洗的衣服，或是經，或是緯，或是皮子做的甚麼物件，若災病離開了，要再洗，就潔淨了。」
But the garment, warp or woof, or anything of skin from which the disease departs when you have washed it, shall then be washed a second time, and be clean."
13:59 這就是大痲瘋災病的條例，無論是在羊毛衣服上，麻布衣服上，經上、緯上，和皮子做的甚麼物件上，可以定為潔淨或是不潔淨。
This is the law for a leprous disease in a garment of wool or linen, either in warp or woof, or in anything of skin, to decide whether it is clean or unclean.

13:5 第七天，祭司要察看他，若看災病止住了，沒有在皮上發散，祭司還要將他關鎖七天。

13:37 祭司若看頭疥已經止住，其間也長了黑毛，頭疥已然痊癒，那人是潔淨了，就要定他為潔淨。
But if in his eyes the itch is checked, and black hair has grown in it, the itch is healed, he is clean; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
13:38 「無論男女，皮肉上若起了火斑，就是白火斑，
"When a man or a woman has spots on the skin of the body, white spots,
13:39 祭司就要察看，他們肉皮上的火斑若白中帶黑，這是皮上發出的白癬，那人是潔淨了。
the priest shall make an examination, and if the spots on the skin of the body are of a dull white, it is tetter that has broken out in the skin; he is clean.
13:40 「人頭上的髮若掉了，他不過是頭禿，還是潔淨。
"If a man's hair has fallen from his head, he is bald but he is clean.
13:41 他頂前若掉了頭髮，他不過是頂門禿，還是潔淨。
And if a man's hair has fallen from his forehead and temples, he has baldness of the forehead but he is clean.
13:42 頭禿處或是頂門禿處若有白中帶紅的災病，這就是大痲瘋發在他頭禿處或是頂門禿處，
But if there is on the bald head or the bald forehead a reddish-white diseased spot, it is leprosy breaking out on his bald head or his bald forehead.
13:43 祭司就要察看，他起的那災病若在頭禿處或是頂門禿處有白中帶紅的，像肉皮上大痲瘋的現象，
Then the priest shall examine him, and if the diseased swelling is reddish-white on his bald head or on his bald forehead, like the appearance of leprosy in the skin of the body,
13:44 那人就是長大痲瘋，不潔淨的，祭司總要定他為不潔淨，他的災病是在頭上。
he is a leprous man, he is unclean; the priest must pronounce him unclean; his disease is on his head.
13:45 「身上有長大痲瘋災病的，他的衣服要撕裂，也要蓬頭散髮，蒙著上唇，喊叫說：『不潔淨了！不潔淨了！』
"The leper who has the disease shall wear torn clothes and let the hair of his head hang loose, and he shall cover his upper lip and cry, `Unclean, unclean.'
13:46 災病在他身上的日子，他便是不潔淨；他既是不潔淨，就要獨居營外。」
He shall remain unclean as long as he has the disease; he is unclean; he shall dwell alone in a habitation outside the camp.
13:47 「染了大痲瘋災病的衣服，無論是羊毛衣服、是麻布衣服，
"When there is a leprous disease in a garment, whether a woolen or a linen garment,
13:48 無論是在經上、在緯上，是麻布的、是羊毛的，是在皮子上，或在皮子做的甚麼物件上，
in warp or woof of linen or wool, or in a skin or in anything made of skin,
13:49 或在衣服上、皮子上，經上、緯上，或在皮子做的甚麼物件上，這災病若是發綠，或是發紅，是大痲瘋的災病，要給祭司察看。
if the disease shows greenish or reddish in the garment, whether in warp or woof or in skin or in anything made of skin, it is a leprous disease and shall be shown to the priest.
13:50 祭司就要察看那災病，把染了災病的物件關鎖七天。
And the priest shall examine the disease, and shut up that which has the disease for seven days;
13:51 第七天，他要察看那災病，災病或在衣服上，經上、緯上，皮子上，若發散，這皮子無論當作何用，這災病是蠶食的大痲瘋，都是不潔淨了。
then he shall examine the disease on the seventh day. If the disease has spread in the garment, in warp or woof, or in the skin, whatever be the use of the skin, the disease is a malignant leprosy; it is unclean.
13:52 那染了災病的衣服，或是經上、緯上，羊毛上，麻衣上，或是皮子做的甚麼物件上，他都要焚燒；因為這是蠶食的大痲瘋，必在火中焚燒。
And he shall burn the garment, whether diseased in warp or woof, woolen or linen, or anything of skin, for it is a malignant leprosy; it shall be burned in the fire.
13:53 「祭司要察看，若災病在衣服上，經上、緯上，或是皮子做的甚麼物件上，沒有發散，
"And if the priest examines, and the disease has not spread in the garment in warp or woof or in anything of skin,
13:54 祭司就要吩咐他們，把染了災病的物件洗了，再關鎖七天。
then the priest shall command that they wash the thing in which is the disease, and he shall shut it up seven days more;
13:55 洗過以後，祭司要察看，那物件若沒有變色，災病也沒有消散，那物件就不潔淨，是透重的災病，無論正面反面，都要在火中焚燒。
and the priest shall examine the diseased thing after it has been washed. And if the diseased spot has not changed color, though the disease has not spread, it is unclean; you shall burn it in the fire, whether the leprous spot is on the back or on the front.
13:56 洗過以後，祭司要察看，若見那災病發暗，他就要把那災病從衣服上、皮子上、經上、緯上，都撕去。
"But if the priest examines, and the disease is dim after it is washed, he shall tear the spot out of the garment or the skin or the warp or woof;
13:57 若仍現在衣服上，或是經上、緯上、皮子做的甚麼物件上，這就是災病又發了、必用火焚燒那染災病的物件。
then if it appears again in the garment, in warp or woof, or in anything of skin, it is spreading; you shall burn with fire that in which is the disease.
13:58 所洗的衣服，或是經，或是緯，或是皮子做的甚麼物件，若災病離開了，要再洗，就潔淨了。」
But the garment, warp or woof, or anything of skin from which the disease departs when you have washed it, shall then be washed a second time, and be clean."
13:59 這就是大痲瘋災病的條例，無論是在羊毛衣服上，麻布衣服上，經上、緯上，和皮子做的甚麼物件上，可以定為潔淨或是不潔淨。
This is the law for a leprous disease in a garment of wool or linen, either in warp or woof, or in anything of skin, to decide whether it is clean or unclean.
